If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered two chicken strip baskets. The fries were half cooked & soggy plus the gravy is like water. Absolutely no thickness to it, you could drink it like a straw.

If I were owner or GM, I’d fire everyone on shift when I came in today an hour ago. Just keep the manager Chris and let him start over with people who want a job to get paid and not young people there to socialize and ignore customers. Out of a crew of five, No one else but Chris seems to do much of anything anyway– considering he ran drive through, took my order in front and made my order too. Plus cleaned tables in the lobby while I was eating. Owner or GM should feel free to contact me for more details. It’s not pretty. This should be a million dollar store. As a former DQ staffer myself, I’m pretty confident it is not.

I placed an order. The girl taking it didn’t like answering questions. After I placed the order and pulled up she took ten minutes coming to the windows. I just drove off without my food. Terrible service everytime. They never fix the food fast nor the icecream. I always have to pull up and wait. I would recommend going to a different one.

My wife and I went to this location for ice cream. We pulled up to order and immediately told to hold. After holding for 7 to 10mins we placed our order. We got to the window and looked in the place didn’t look clean. The lady taking food orders told the customer on the head set “be patient we only got 2 people working today” You never speak to the customer that way. So we finally got our ice cream which was melting at this point. I didn’t say anything I was still shocked at how she spoke to the last customer. I’m not sure how she would have treated me for complaining. Treats melted and unsatisfied customer ☹️

Use the app to place my order. Arrived at the store 8 minutes before my order was scheduled to be ready. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Naturally when I got my food it was cold and disgusting. Paid extra for the large fries in my chicken strip boxes. What happened? Did the employees forget what a large fry is?

There are not alot of Dairy queens around Louisville KY i can say this is one of the best one’s if not the best location is good service is excellent atmosphere is spot on were in this place atleast 3 times a week lol

I received my order by using the drive thru. The wait wasn’t bad at all. The food was excellent! The greeting could have been a touch better, but I guess the food being good made of for it a little. The woman at the drive-thu was very nice when I got to the window. I love the fact that you can get deserts and everything at any time of the day. I got a order of Biscuits & Gravy, and I also got a Oreo Cupfection. Both was really good.

If they don’t have enough employees the lobby will be closed.The lobby is supposed to stay open until 7 but we went down there at 6:10 one Sunday & it was closed.The fries were hard.The chicken tenders were perfect.
