Service was good and fast. Could not enjoy the food cause of all the Flies. Bathrooms was discussing. First time at a dairy queen and will probley will be my last time. At least at this one. Ice cream was good. That’s it.

The restrooms and business (both the gas station side and the DQ) were dirty. The DQ food was not up to even the DQ standards (other than the blizzards). The place was packed, people getting gas were inconsiderate and leaving their cars are the pumps to get ice cream, which backs up the pumps. Just avoid this location.

I asked to add Mayo, lettuce, tomato, no ketchup. I forgot to say no mustard. It can out with so much mustard and mayo slopped on. All 5 pickles were slid off to one side, musta-mayo was on the outside of the bun. I told my husband, ” this is just plain old don’t give-a-$hit right here” they don’t care about the quality of what they put out. Then we ordered a banana split blizzard with peanuts. It came out with whipped cream on top. I hate whipped cream! But as I looked at it, this person had put extra banana, strawberry and peanut garnish with a touch of whipped cream because they felt they were going above and beyond. So you can’t really accurately rate a place When there are such different individuals that take care of you. 4.5 stars to the blizzard maker (asked before you randomly put something on someone’s food that doesn’t normally come that way) and 1 star to slop boss on the line. And, of course, the fries were cold.

Stopped in today & almost didn’t stay due to such a long line during a brief dinner pop, but staff was EXCELLENT!! Food came out hot, fast, & ACCURATE. With sauces we didn’t even have to ask for! Nice job ladies!!

Wow!!! This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. We usually choose DQ over every fast food when we road trip because of the clean environment, friendly employees and fast (but fresh) service. It took 13 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. 4 of us had chicken strips and fries, but I’m pretty sure they gave us like Tyson frozen chicken tenders — these are not how they look at my local DQ! Pretty sure I’m going to be sick tonight… do yourself a favor and keep moving. As of today their kitchen rating was 88/100… and at 5pm they only had 3 employees working and just after us about 12 people came in. Oh, and they were out of the signature gravy sauce — the only thing I ever want for my chicken strips. Totally bummed!!

You should pass on this place and go somewhere else. Slow service, poor attitude, and sloppily made ice cream. How hard is it to make the ice cream look halfway decent to present to the customer? Absolutely no customer service. I witnessed the 4 orders ahead of me and they ALL had issues with their orders…wrong items, missing items, no condiments and all complained which went on unapologetic ears! DON’T GO HERE!!
