Ordered 10 piece dinner with sides and the chicken is inedible. Dried out probably sitting since noon. This is the second time in 6 months. No more. . I question if they would serve that to family or friends. Picture 1 is a breast #2 a chicken wing with no meat.

We ordered in the drive thru and was told to swing around and park to wait for food at 3:01pm. After 45 minutes, we went inside and they didn’t have our food ready at all! They quickly scrambled to get us our food-it was COLD and they didn’t give us our nuggets! I went back in a second time to get the nuggets and fresh food. We left with some-what hot food. And don’t get me started on the ordering process! They clearly did not have organization and it showed all throughout!

First observation was the front door was filthy. Inside was no better. Tables were not wiped down. Overall, the place just felt dirty. Made me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Wouldn’t have even tried the restroom. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was really good, fries were cold. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless they clean it up.

Well. The store wasn’t busy so our experience wasn’t because of that. I ordered the 3 piece wing dinner got a 3 piece wing thigh leg instead with cold fries. My son ordered the crispy nuggets meal with the blackened dipping sauce and more cold fries. He got a 4 piece dinner with NO DIPPING SAUCE. The order taker was new with no one overseeing her it seemed. Won’t be back to this particular store. Really has gone downhill…

Unable to place order inside because nobody would help. Drive up employee asked for more ghost wings to fill an order. Fry cook yelled saying he was hot and it was going to be a while acting very angry. Left for a bit and tried drive through. Was told there would be a 20 minute wait if we wanted to wait. At this point we had enough thanked them and left. Will not return. Employees are rude and unwilling to do the job at hand.

I got a 2 piece combo, definitely not worth it. The chicken was bone dry and tasted like it was fried in old oil and then left on the heating pad for too long. The mash and gravy was fine but not enough for me to eat here again

Good evening I went to Popeyes yesterday in Waterloo and I ask for the dine in special and I also ordered some mack and cheese and they say it will be for 60¢ to up grade it and I say we will have two of them and they only gave red beans and rices and I have on my receipt and I also ask for spices chicken and they say ok and it was regular chicken and I call and talk to a manager about it and she started yelling I was not there so I don’t know what you are talking about and I ask her to listen and she say ok and she listened and hung up the phone on me after I was done talking and then was very rude and yesterday they were all walking from the back and I had all ready saw who was out side it was to of them trying to wait on us but they did not know about Dine in meal and so the lady came in from out side say when they all walk from the back I ask them to wash there hands and she say I just came from out side and I told her that is why you should go wash your hands and I say that because she was just getting ready to fix are food and there are to many germs going around so if you came from out side why would tell us that and why would you just come fixing food so you all be careful where you go eat at because it was wrong for her to hang up on me I am from out town visiting and this how they do it in Waterloo Iowa ok I am thinking to myself save the peoples because that is and was very unprofessional so God bless you all and this is evangelist Dinese Bennett100% ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

We went through the drive-through and ordered 4 chicken sandwiches. We were not told there would be a wait until after we already paid and they told us we needed to get out of the drive-through and wait in the regular parking lot. They did not tell us how long the wait would be. The main entrance was locked, so we went through the drive-through again and they said it would be 7 more minutes. We gave up and left after 15 minutes (30 minutes total). Other cars appeared to be waiting as well. Never had this kind of experience at other Popeye’s locations, no idea what happened here.

I will never order food from here or eat here again. We ordered food, went to pick it up and were informed that “oh…we dont have enough to fill your order so you will have to wait at least another 20 minutes unless you want the rest to be “spicy”. Then they got the order wrong, forgot the biscuits and forgot the Hawaiian punch so we had to go back for that. The female employee was more concerned about her phone than her job, and the other employee seemed oblivious as we stood there waiting to get the rest of the order. Two others couples were there who had ordered online only to be told that “we never got your orders”. Food was not fresh, not hot…fries were cold….service was horrible….worst place I have eaten in a long time and I wont ever be back.

Husband went to the drive through with a paper coupon for a 10 piece meal, he asked them to add some sauce packets to the order. They were fine with this until he got to the window to pay. When he got to the window to pay they told him he can’t get any sauce packets unless he ordered tenders. So apparently no-one can get sauce even if you pay separately for them unless you get tenders. This place/location is horrible along with the service. No one seems to know how to treat customers or have any ideal how customer service works.
