I was so excited to get Dairy Queen tonight.
Unfortunately the Oreo cheesecake blizzard I ordered was not correct. The Oreo was accurate, but instead of cheesecake pieces, they gave me sugar cookie pieces. Very disappointing. They also didn’t do the traditional turn it upside down to show how thick it was. This location needs to do better or train their staff better.

Welcome to the Beandocks
We went there for the Blizzard. The gentleman working the counter was very friendly and was making sure the orders were correct. He got our Blizzard’s and they came out perfect. This same gentleman went around the dining room and was asking if everyone was good. You never see this in a fast food restaurant anymore so it was very pleasant to see. The restaurant was very clean.

The drive thru was pretty nice. I also asked about the customary flipping the ice cream but they stated that this location does not do it anymore due to their machines. So honestly I don’t get why the other reviews dont ask instead of giving them a bad review . But I do love the girl in the window, she’s very nice.

We’ve been great fans of Dairy Queen for years, so our experience with this Dairy Queen was a tremendous disappointment! I ordered the new Peppermint Bark Blizzard and not only was there little to no taste of peppermint, there were hardly any chocolate or ‘peppermint’ pieces even in it! On top of that the ice cream was very soft, quickly became soupy and was grainy to boot! No wonder the server didn’t turn the blizzard upside down to serve it!! We were very, very unhappy!!

I’m specifically making this review to praise the staff working on the evening of Sunday July 7th. They were understaffed and slammed. The place was insanely busy and they were clearly overwhelmed. Everything was taking forever and customers were not always being understanding but the staff remained kind, friendly, and patient with everyone. They kept smiles on their faces and tried their best. I used it as a teaching example for my teen daughter. When a business is understaffed and overwhelmed there is nothing they can do to move any faster and being rude to them is not going to help anything. This, now, is more of a time to be extra kind than ever. We each had a peanut butter Blizzard. They were fine. Fast food isn’t really my thing. We were celebrating and stopped for some ice cream. I don’t have high expectations when I step into a fast food restaurant but these employees really went above and beyond in customer service.

This is the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They close 20 minutes early every night and stop serving ice cream 30 minutes before closing consistently. Trash attitude and they can’t even keep the place clean. Wild.

Was so exited to have ice cream about 9:55pm at night TONIGHT. However I driven into the drive through and immediately got told “We’re closed.”
One, they close at 11PM!!!!!! Two, whoever was on the other side of the speaker was so rude about it! Don’t recommend.

ordered bbq sauce wings 6 piece only got on ranch cup barely even filled they threw napkins on top of wings so i couldn’t use them they were covered in sauce wings were still cold in middle fries were rubbery only decent thing was the ranch dressing. Sauce was smeared all inside the box and outside

Just say that the service every single time is terrible. The attitude from the MANAGER little short girl full of tattoos is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She rolls her eyes and grabs her head like if your order is a problem or rocket science. Then to top it off look at how they gave me this blizzard half assed job.

If I could give a zero stars, I would, I asked for a vanilla blizzard brownie pieces and peanut butter sauce what I was almost a milkshake with a lid on and gallops of peanut butter and brownie crumbs. My husband got the royal fluffernutter and it’s like there was no peanut butter cups and only chocolate chunks. We also got four pup cups, which the lady dropped handing it over to my husband luckily there were lids on them. They did not test our blizzards and even if they did, we wouldn’t have known that they were milkshake consistency because they had lids on them. We came to this location because our location was closed and we were running a little behind on our Saturday night, date night with our dogs. Next time, we’ll just stop at Quiktrip and get vanilla sundaes for them if we run late again because we will not be coming back to this location.
