Horrible experience, and this was the last straw! My roommate and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered two of the $5 chicken strip boxes, each with an extra gravy (they only give you about half of one of those tiny styrofoam cups of gravy). We also asked for buffalo dipping sauce, for both boxes.

this is the worst dairy queen i have ever been to, and i used/still sometimes work at another location. they are beyond slow and my blizzard never has enough candy even when i order extra. the worked are usually rude as well. it makes me sad.

I by no means mean this rudely but if your management is only going to hire teenagers at least properly train them. I come often because I enjoy your food in hopes that my meal will be made correctly but it never is. It’s called fast food not sloppy food. (Coming from someone whose worked in the fast food chain)

Sign on wall clearly says Blizzard served upside down or the next one is free. Blizzard not turned upside down and when I said something they tried using COVID as an excuse. That’s it. False advertising. Reading through reviews shows the same problems over and over and DQ responds with an invite to come back, but they fix nothing.

The staff were polite & very quick with preparing my order. They were helping one another out and they seemed to be having fun! Since it was takeout they put a lid on my cup and the spoon pokes out the top. I tried the red velvet blizzard, definitely recommend! Such a rich flavor.
