I’ve had good experiences before, but they forgot about my order and everyone else got theirs before mine. Just got a malt shake. Order at 6:17 as seen on the receipt and got it at 7. Honestly don’t mind waiting as I had no where to be, but like 50 minutes? That’s crazy

Service and treats are delicious. After seeing the ceiling though I won’t be back and I’m not certain they should even be open. It’s certain to get someone sick if it hasn’t already. If that’s what it looks like where the public can see if hate to see the back of the house.

While the food is tasty and the workers are great, there’s always something missing or off at every visit. One time they didn’t have warm county gravy, even though I could order it on the app. A couple other times their Coke Freestyle was out of flavors, or wouldn’t dispense ice. This is not the workers fault, of course; the owners/managers need to get on the ball.

Food is consistently tasty, saucy strips, buttery toast, and perfectly frigid blizzards ❣️
Inside and outdoor seating available, drive-thru, and a variety of parking, unorthodox but there.

WORST costumer service I have EVER experienced. We decided to go out for a treat tonight on a double date. My fiancé gets to the window and I ask him to order me a swirl in a cup with sprinkles no cone, the lady proceeds to yell at my fiancé “you mean a dish” and he said “yes in a cup no cone” -not snippy or anything just ordering- and she yells “it’s a dish same thing and it obviously doesn’t come with a cone” I’m furious at this point and I yell back because I’m just astounded by this treatment. “Ok well I’m telling you no cone and in a cup because every time I order it’s wrong” so now they lost FOUR continued and local costumers over this treatment. From now on we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

A bunch of teenagers being loud and screaming…turned out they are employees. One of the employees, James, was eating his food screaming and complaining. I wa ordering and he was sitting on the counter beside the register smacking his lips while i was ordering with a mature employee. I can’t even eat without them screaming and causing scenes. The tables were dirty and everything was just rough. Definitely need different employees. Most of them were screaming and yelling and running around.

Ordered Dairy Queen on DoorDash, did not send drink or the ice cream I ordered. Did not even put ketchup or mustard on the one burger, took 40 minutes to even make the order. So much for fast food, and didn’t even get half the stuff

I love DQ so much, but they forget to give me ranch 70% of the time and it’s driving me crazy. They also changed their ranch and it’s not even close to as good as it was a few months ago. Amazing food & the best ice cream & chicken tenders ever
