I spent well over $50 and I’m a first time customer. I decided to pick up this order because I didn’t want them to forget anything.
I got there and spent another $10 for any extras I wanted.
There was Horchata drink (Large) that I ordered with my meal that they made SO difficult to receive. They continued to go back and forth with each other in spanish how I didn’t pay for the drink and to not let me leave with MY drink.
She snatched my drink and put it behind the bar.
I’m showing them the receipt that clearly had HORCHATA in capital letters
Did that help… NO she just said I’d have to wait until they go check there machines.
Mind you this order was already paid for through Uber Eats.
I was treated like a criminal for a $5, 32 ounce drink AFTER paying over $50 for my meal
It was embarrassing! All the staff were very rude, dismissive and prejudice.
I felt unwanted, belittled and humiliated!
Needless to say I’ll never go back but BEWARE.
Not all are welcomed here.
AND the food was basic
I got a birria dinner, queso dip and Horchata. With a side of Pico, sour cream and cheese.

Never buy rice from there or food it’s the second time I got bad rice slimy and smelled bad at first. we thought it was chess, but it tasted weird and smelled bad waist of money. If you guys are going to sell food from the previous day, you guys should have checked it was good.
