I have never been somewhere and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. I placed order at 6:11pm. I didn’t get my food until after 6:45. Then I didn’t even have all my food. They were taking care of people that came in 10 minutes after me and they got their food before I did smh. Then my blizzard was completely melted because for some reason they give you the ice cream an hour before you get your food. The service was fine until about 530 then it all went down hill. Way to slow for me, especially when you have a 3 year old with you.

Understaffed and undertrained- food (chicken, fries, onion rings, sandwiches) is disgusting. Restaurant is dirty and in disrepair. the condiments and napkins and everything are behind the counter and the workers are too busy to get them. I feel bad for the one young girl who knew what she was doing, she was doing everything! Did a mobile order with the idea that it would be quick. Waited quite a long time for our two blizzards and order of cheese curds. Found out our slip was simply placed in a pile with the other order slips. Don’t know why they bother doing mobile orders if they are gonna just put it in the normal order pile. A bunch of flies were flying around as well.

Went in just for ice cream. Waited 20 minutes to get our order taken with nobody in front of us. Then another 15 for our ice cream and we only got it at that point when I complained. 6 people working and all were focused on drive through, meanwhile us and 5 other parties behind me stood in dining room with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Place is a joke. Has been for years. Oh and chocolate ice cream was broke….again.

Wish I could give negative stars. This DQ is in serious bad shape. When we walked in we could smell the oder coming from the bathroom. Also, the amount of flies made me think one was going to end up in my blizzard. Our feet stuck to the floor,& added to the disgustingness. We decided not to even order, and walked out.

I keep trying to stay positive about this Dairy Queen but it continually disappoints and I couldn’t find my old review to update it. I worked fast food so I understand being understaffed but hire people at better wages and you will get people to work. Our orders have been messed up countless times, didn’t even order last time because they said to wait and we waited 20 minutes in the drive through and the person behind honked at us like it was our fault, and today the ice cream machine is down which is the whole point of Dairy Queen.

Love, love, love DQ. They have a topping called cocoa fudge, (which you have to ask for by name) which isn’t on the regular menu! It is awesome! They used to put it on the brownie overboard sundae in the 90’s. I also love the pretzel sticks with the jalapeno sauce. You can’t go wrong with DQ!❣️

If I could give negative stars I would, this was horrible. My husband and I waited over an hour to get our food(we was told to pull forward and they would bring it right out to us..we waited about 15-20mins and decided to go in after trying to call several times)and when we got it the food was cold and over cooked chicken, the fries was like they reheated them and served it, I would have got a refund but it was like no one was working in there just standing around. There was several people who wasn’t very happy as well. This was a waste of time and money here.
