I order the steak fingers basket, husband gets the chicken sandwich. It usually is really hot and fresh for the fingers and the sandwich gets thrown together. I drive from Longview to this location for they are better. Today the fingers tasted old. I know they get busy but please hire more people for the kitchen to ensure the food is prepared properly and are as fresh as possible. No one enjoys things that taste old or if the sandwich is just a mess from being prepared.

This Dairy Queen used to have excellent food but whoever is cooking now has no cooking skill or pride in what they serve. I got a burger without veggies and this is what I got. Gave them another chance with steak finger basket and the fries were hard and not cooked!

Stopped by at 9:15 on monday. Was told they were. Closed by the lady taking out the trash as i drove by her. Was very disappointed as the hours are listed as being open till 10pm. But it seems to be a common practice in east texas to sacrifice customer satisfaction for employee satisfaction. Because they were closed early i was forced to get sad tacos from tacobell. The restaurant is clean, has a play area for kids and some video games. My food was fine and the service was fine. My 1 star is a result of economics. A HB jr. w/cheese combo meal now totals $8.53, and it fits in my fingers. This is how Dairy Queen et. al. are coping with the increase in minimum wage (less product, higher price, fewer deals). But more pay doesn’t translate directly to increased performance.
