DQ management has left this store short-handed. The staff working when I went for lunch today did their best and provided me with a hot and tasty meal. However, the dining room is closed and the trash is overflowing due to short staffing by DQ management.

This location is by far the best that I have been too! It’s 5:48 on a Friday and this place is spotless! The seating options are great. They have booths, booths with chairs and very nice comfy chairs with a small table. The employees were busy doing things and not just standing around talking. They were also very pleasant! I came in with my very tiny baby and the young man brought me my Blizzard to the table!

I came thru the drive thru and ordered a burger and a large cup of ice. The lady brought me a very small cup and said “this is what you get when you just order ice” I asked her if I could get a larger cup and that I would pay for a drink if I needed to? She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Is this the people you hire to deal with customers? I was very polite and asked nicely and still got attitude?!

Food was just ok, not what I expect from DQ, service was SLOW but the kicker is, how do you mess up a Blizzard!?!? That is “your entire thing”! Blizzard had all the goodies on the very top, so much so at first I was happy thinking they loaded me up to make up for the incredibly slow service, but after I ate the top 10% it was all ice cream and no Blizzard! ☹️
