I recently visited Dairy Queen with my family and we had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and served to us quickly. We ordered a variety of items including burgers, fries, and of course, their famous blizzards. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Dairy Queen and will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal and great service. Five stars!

Very disappointed!! When ordering your meal and they give you the wrong order, you redo it! We get what we pay for.. I asked for a plain burger and they added all the sauces and ingredients I don’t like.. and when I told them about it… they just wiped off the sauce of the bun n meat.. I can see the mustard stains all over it.. I literally threw up! Next time please listen to your orders and fix it the right way not the lazy way.. come on now!

The kitchen service was very fast and convenient. The menu was very easy to read. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The taco salad was accurate, hot and delicious. Great sundae. It was a very good experience. I will return.

This location always, always gets the food order wrong. Then all ur food never seems to make it into ur order. And when you complain, they just don’t care. A bunch of kids run that place. About the only thing this place is good for is the desserts. It’s a shame because DQ has great food but, not this one.

Several problems with this Dairy Queen. # 1 they mix in seed oils to their taco meat to make it seem fresh. Seed oils are very bad for health and especially when used in these amounts. # 2 they are diluting the ice cream mix with water lately. You can taste the difference and the ice crystals in the ice cream. # 3 most of the staff don’t know how to make a dipped cone to keep it from melting on you and in your car. # 4 inconsistent sizes, one day a medium dipped cone is a medium, the next day it’s like a small. both 3 and 4 are training problems and bad management. We mainly go here because it’s close but if there were a Braum’s nearby we’d never go to DQ. DQ and esp this store need to raise their game.

Stopped by today right after they opened for some fries and a mini blizzard. Food was hot and fresh. Son said the blizzard was “extra”. Staff was so friendly and polite. Great all around.

I experienced the rudest, nastiest, behavior at this location from Myron today! He loudly engaged in a back and forth with me about my taco salad having little filling! He said, “That’s just the way we make it!” I said ok, “I’ll like to add more meat and cheese!” He said, it would be extra! I said no problem! He seemed very upset and turned to Bob (the guy at the register) and said this customer is complaining about her taco salad! I was baffled! None of the other employees or manager corrected his behavior! I asked for corporate information and did not receive it! He also stated that he did not care if I reach out to corporate! I’m an easy going woman! I came in with my 3 children and had no interest to do anything other than enjoy a meal with them! This experience was very uncomfortable and embarrassing! I WILL NOT EVER RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! I WILL CONTINUE TO CONTACT CORPORATE!!!!
