I was highly disappointed with this item. I ordered a Flatbread pizza which they overcooked to the point the edge of the pizza was burnt. This basically was matza bread. I understand that they might off been busy or even short staffed, or even in the middle of chaos they forget the pizza in the oven but why take my money and serve me this. Unfortunately I had this delivered and wait almost 2hrs for it and it went right in the garbage.

Hi I’m an regular customer and there is a employee who’s tall light skin with the worst attitude over there, on the phone he’s unfriendly and in person, I called domino’s around 11:30pm to order a large pie Hawaiian. I drove over there and I forgot they closed and difference time during the week but all I wanted was pickup my order and they ignored me, even though I been there for years ordering. Horrible customer service

The individual at the register did not have knowledge of the types if sandwiches and was carrying a personal conversation on the phone while we as potential customers waited on service for over 5 minutes. When asked to place an order we were told to wait. We walked out the store. Very poor customer service. The store had no other customers at the time.

Placed an order ahead of time for pick-up. I received a message that my order would be ready in 15min. I timed myself exactly so I wouldn’t have to wait around and my food wouldn’t be cold. When I arrived, only have my order was sitting waiting for pick up. Apparently one of the pies was misplaced. After 3 min of the workers going back and forth about my pie and searching for it, I was told I had to wait another 15-20 mins for my pizza to be redone. At this point I’ requested an accommodation for their error, I was told that could not be done. When I asked if it wasn’t “Domino’s” policy to give customers a discount, the manager told me “we don’t do that here”. With the lack of customer care/service at this location I decided to leave and not purchase anything. This experience was disappointing and I will never go back to another Dominos.

If I could give this Domino’s a -10 star rating, I would. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza and a Diet Coke, but the pizza arrived late, cold, and the drink was missing. When I called the store, I was passed between employees who consistently argued with me, rather than resolving the issue and refunding me.
This was supposed to be a redemption order from a previous mistake, yet they refused to refund me and only offered to remake the pizza. Don’t order delivery here unless you want your food to be cold and deal with bad customer service for their mistakes. Completely unprofessional service, and I’m incredibly disappointed. Never again. Mind you, I’m from out of town. I don’t live in New Rochelle.
