I was the only customer, and it took several minutes to get waited on. There were 2 people behind the counter chatting together, and they didn’t seem interested in helping. Other than that, the ice cream was as expected and good.

Wish I would’ve read the other reviews before hand. Ordered a kids meal wanted applesauce and was informed they were out so I asked for a banana. I got a cheeseburger with no mustard it came piled full. I’m allergic. Take it back and the blonde young teeny witch at the front literally jerked it out of my hand and threw it to the guy in the back telling him to remake it. Also they gave the kids meal fries so I politely asked for the banana and she was so rude. Chicken tenders were burnt, smallest serving of gravy ever, my potato wedges if you could call them that were underdone by a lot. Only us and one other family(they sat outside) the dining room was disgusting. Got mad because we told them they were out of straws and napkins. Forgot the drink for the kids meal then gave us the most disgusting looking “chocolate milk”. Won’t be back.

Possibly the worst meal I’ve had at a fast food joint. The chicken breading was inedible it was so soggy, the onion rings were tasteless and excessively greasy. These were accompanied by a margarine-soaked piece of toast and forgettable coleslaw. Oh, and 80s pop hits playing loudly over the PA didn’t help either.

Sorriest service ever took 30mins in drive thru cars were pulling off continuous and no longer had the wedges which is the only reason I go there. So many menu items have been removed. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Never had an order that came out right. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Love the food it’s always been one of the best. The service on the other hand was absolutely obsurd. That’s the longest I’ve ever waited in line for anythjng at a fast food place hands down.

The workers wear no gloves when handling food. I saw one pick up an onion ring with bare fingers and placed it on the plate. The floors, tables, and windows were dirty at the time of my visit. The chicken was a bit overcooked and the potato wedges lukewarm.

Poor service, rude employee. The associate working drive-through didn’t let us finish our order and just blurted out the total so then when we get to the window at 8:20 pm we get told they are out of gravy which was the main reason we even stopped there. So then we want to add wedges and she rudely informs us that we said onion rings, yes we did say onion rings but we wanted to add an order of wedges but you didn’t let us finish the order before blurting out the total! That is not how you conduct business! Won’t be back!!
