Last night I ordered my first cheesesteak and mega fry in almost 3 years. Last I remember they had good food. Good cheesesteaks and good mega fries. Now? Horrible. The bacon was burned black. The container significantly smaller than it was 3 years ago. My sandwich? Wrong. And guess what? They hired a 3rd party to take their orders so now you have to speak someone with a thick accent to place your order. I repeated everything 3 times. My order was simple. Mayo, extra cheese, mushrooms and raw onions. What did I get? Fried onions mixed into the meat so I couldnt even pull them out. I waited an hour for the initial order. It took 2 hours for the replacement to arrive. I open it. And I immediately can see the chef was pissed or annoyed. Why? My sandwich is now half raw onion and half meat with no mushrooms. And no extra cheese. I hate leaving bad reviews but after being a faithful customer for 5 years… this is my last time ordering from Pete’s pizza.

Haven’t had Pete’s in years use to be my family’s go to pizza place not anymore first the the order taker rushed you off the phone the delivery person calls and tell you outside wrong building and food was burnt( fish and chips) in the picture nasty and cold and fries tasted old (yea) all at the same time. Now I know why they give them 2 1/2 stars. HORRIBLE!
