Was really unappealing all the way around. What’s my first time At this location and decided to take my granddaughter for some ice cream.. We came in, there was 1 person in front of us that had already ordered.. We stood there for about 10 minutes. And nobody even greeted us even though there were 4 people. Walking back-and-forth from the counter. And 1 person that was just standing there . When I finally asked if anybody was gonna help us. A gentleman came from the back and did so.. I’m not sure if he even Spoke Proficient English, to be honest. A young lady handed us the order And was very nice. We went ahead and took it to go… Was pretty disappointed, not really for me, but mostly for my granddaughter.. It’s important for our kids to see the way businesses are supposed to be ran.. This wasn’t it.. Not at that particular time and moment.

The staff is very courteous. The establishment is kept clean. Food is good, great onion rings, and the Blizzards always ROCK! If you’re looking for a quick bite at a fast food restaurant I would say DQ is a better choice than the others. #IYKYK

Probably one of the worst visits that I’ve had to the restaurant. The gal behind the counter gave me a feeling of impatience as she stood there and glared at me, while I was perusing the menu. After I ordered my meal, I had to ask for my cup, after the young lady told me that she’d bring my food to me and that I didn’t have to stand there. Upon receiving my food, it was wrong. There were toppings on it that I had not requested and toppings that I had requested, some were missing. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn’t ‘bad’ but it was nothing to write home about. The floors were pretty clean and the tables were wiped down at least. I really couldn’t wait to get out of the place. Maybe next time I’ll just stick to the drive thru.

Mid day Saturday went to get an ice cream cake the selection was horrible. They had 1 large cake and about 8 small ones. We had 12 people so we needed a large. I asked if they had any others they said not til Monday. So I got the large one that had pink piping on the bottom, and brown piping on top with 5 brown roses and brown leaves. I have never seen a more horrible color combo. The cake was good though. They need to do a deep cleaning of the whole area.

Tell told me that I can’t make an item ordered off the menu. I said it says on the menu you make, and they say they can’t because they don’t make that. Also, they overcharge for every little topping that would have been part of the blizzard. After I received the other item I ordered. It was only half way made, poorly mixed and did not taste like the requested flavor.

Manager was quite rude. Ordered a combo that came with a Sunday. I told him I wanted just the normal Sunday pictured on the display. Pulled around and was given just vanilla ice cream. I proceeded to politely ask for the chocolate and was risky told I have to tell him I want that… even the other window girl rolled her eyes at him. Very unprofessional. Other girl was nice though

When this location first opened up it was one of the better DQ locations. French fries were always made to perfection, golden and crunchy. The burgers were made well and prompt service. The Restrooms were clean as well as the lobby. Now it seems like it was bought by a family that is running it like amateurs. They no longer accept military/first responders discount ( all the other DQ locations do in FL and Midwest). Men’s room smells like an outhouse in the middle of summer, the lobby was not wiped down not one time while I was there, and the fries were rubbery, over cooked and just gross. Pass this place up and go to Sanford location or even better the location in Avalon park.
