ZERO STARS!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION
Very rude night shift manager on 10/7/25. Said they were sold out of donuts and when I pulled around to the window, I see racks and racks of donuts. She refused to sell me them bc they are for the regulars that come in at 5am waiting for donuts. She said they can’t sell them all bc then they won’t have any to see the regulars in the morning . I said yea but I’m a customer too and I’m here before them and u won’t sell me any??!! She just said no I can’t sell u any donuts. She said it’s 7:40 at night and we close at 9p, u can’t expect us to still have donuts, we are a busy location.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Earl Core Rd in Morgantown. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at my husband in front of other customers and then slammed the door where customers pick up their food.
This behavior was unnecessary and uncomfortable to witness. Customer service should reflect respect and professionalism, especially from management. Unfortunately, this interaction did not meet that standard.
I hope ownership takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated at this location.

This place is the worst Dunkin in the area by far. The first 2 times I went and the people on speaker and at the window were rude I thought, okay maybe they’re just not having a good day. But after MULTIPLE times going to this Dunkin and being rushed through my order, people being blatantly so rude, I’m convinced this either has to be a management issue or they are hiring the worst people on the planet. I will literally go out of my way to go across town to visit the other Dunkin in the area. This place is horrible.

WE ONLY GO TO MORGANTOWN 1 TIME EVERY 3 MONTHS, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WEVE BEEN HERE, AND THE WORKERS ARE SO RUDE AND HAVE CUSTOMERS STANDING IN THERE WAITING AND BEING IGNORED WHEN THERE IS 5 WORKERS BEHIND THE COUNTER! ABSOLUTELY ZERO EXCUSE FOR THE ONE YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE TO BE SO RUDE AND THREW MY FRIENDS CHANGE DOWN RUDELY! my wife and i went in there and ordered on the kiosk, it said they had the cereal milk so we both added that to our drinks which costs extra. we paid and sat down at a table, about 5 minutes after one of the workers called us up and said they didn’t have the cereal milk and asked what we wanted instead, i wanted cream and sugar with pumpkin in my coffee and my wife just wanted milk in hers and she made it seem like a big deal and that it was our fault that we had to change the order, she started whispering to one of the other workers there and we went and sat back down. after about another 5-10 minutes one of the other workers looks at us and rolls her eyes and says “well what are you waiting for” and i looked at her and said “ well still haven’t gotten anything from our order” and she asked for the name on our order and went back to making it. another worker yelled and said she didn’t have any plain bagels left for my wife’s sandwich after 15-20 minutes of us being there. we finally got out order and my avocado toast was flipped over in a small bag and it was burnt, my wife’s bagel was extremely burnt and i didn’t get cream, sugar, or pumpkin in my coffee, they just added milk to both our drinks and we never got refunded for the special add ins we previously paid for in both our drinks and never got. all around a horrible experience and will never go back there.

This place could teach a master class in inefficiency. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes at the drive through. They get stuck in the inefficient take and order, fill it.
They just handed me a completely cold, from the fridge, raw sandwich. The fun continues.

My wife goes here at least once a week and every time the workers and manager are SUPER RUDE! They just be hiring anyone around here we have made a complaint to corporate also watches one drop her food and still give it to her

Would have loved to given 5 stars; however, the young man that waited on us had such an attitude. I realize it is Thanksgiving and you want to be home with your loved ones; but, that is no reason to be nasty. When you are greated and someone says Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving you don’t scowl at them and say what do you want.
Our coffees were excellent. Wish I could say the same about the sevice.

I stop here almost daily for Iced coffee and a donut. Just about every employee knows my order and will have it rang up and/or made before I make it to the counter. I’ve never experienced rudeness or an attitude from anyone there. Be patient and polite as they normally stay busy, and I’m certain you’ll have a great experience.

I know they have dropped donuts from the name but when a place is know for coffee and donuts that’s what you should have in ample supply and fresh. We use to frequent this place but the freshness of the food has dropped considerably and the variety there is lacking. The last two times getting coffee involved ordering and waiting 10 minutes then finally getting a cup only for it to be cold and having to wait for another pot to be brewed. Be good at what your known for.
