This location Is clean, that basically the only good thing about it. Everything is rushed and never taste like coffee, only milk or ice. The workers working the drive through are honestly the rudest. Don’t ask for your drink to be fixed because all you’ll get is a rude manager and another bad drink. Go to Tim Hortons in suncrest waaay better.

they forgot to make our order, and when they came back asking if we got it we replied that we hadnt. we got our sandwiches and then had to wait 20 min before going up front and asking about our donuts. the employee had essentially told us they already made the donuts and made it seem like it was our fault that they forgot/didnt make our order. We were the only customer in the building at the time other than two other. bad customer service and i wouldnt recommend.

Order iced coffee from any other Dunkin and it’s made right and on time. This Dunkin has made me 4 coffees today and every one was wrong and tasted unsweetened and like dirt. The lobby is outdated and dirty while the kitchen is also left filthy and smelly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A very busy location in the morning and when college is in. They carry a large selection of doughnuts and coffee drinks. The staff is younger. Dinning area is clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean.

Customer service was fantastic! I was picking up coffee for my mom in the hospital. I’m not a coffee drinker so I was not familiar with how to order it. The lady took the time to help me get Mom’s coffee exactly how she wanted it.

I was in a couple weeks prior to this review and ordered 2 large Iced Coffees. One was shy of 3/4 full, and I guess I got lucky by getting the second one fully filled. Today, that same woman that made the drinks last time was there and apparently she was having personal issues once again. This time, there was some unknown reason why she couldn’t make frozen hot chocolate. I would have accepted this as being an issue with not having the product to make it or perhaps an issue with the machine used to make it being inoperable. That was until she made a sparky comment to a confused coworker “I don’t care, I just don’t want to make it so I’m not making it.”

Once I have a bad experience anywhere, I will generally give one more chance for an establishment to make a better impression. However, both times I’ve come to this location. They never have anyone working their front counter. Then when you called to speak to a supervisor about the fact that they have four or five team members working who will just look at you blankly while you’re standing at the front counter waiting for service, that shift lead gets an attitude with you. After today I will never return to this Dunkin, or as a matter of fact any, because I have the same problem at every location in this area.
