So disappointed !every time I go there ( which is like 1 time every 6 months ) I order a cheesecake blizzard . They never give me cheesecake in the 3/4 of a cup down .its like they put it on the top and they mix it with a spoon . I just want what im paying for . Thats false advertisement. Plus my wife wanted extra whip cream on her not hot fudge sundae and they barely put anything . But they sure did charge us for it . I won’t go there again . I believe in giving second chances but I don’t think so .

I have never been to this Dairy Queen. I may have only used the drive-thru. I downloaded the app a while ago and never used it, but now it will be an active app on my phone. This Dairy Queen was very clean the staff was very accommodating and nice and the food was good. Ordered two rounds of chicken strips because they were good, and the onion rings were nice and crispy and tasty. I tried the new white mocha shape with coffee, and it was good , it didn’t have a strong coffee flavor, but it was very satisfying. Needless to say, I drink the whole thing. The iced tea tasted good also even though it was from a mixture of the soda machine. We sat there a long time because the inside was clean, the staff didn’t bother you, they just helped you and it was a very pleasant experience. It’s nice they have birthday cakes to go and they also have the patio area where you can celebrate a birthday as we witnessed while we were there. Definitely, we will return to this Dairy Queen in the future.

We received a full refund, but that doesn’t excuse the unprofessional behavior of your staff. The comment, ‘I thought you said raw, man,’ was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Not only was it insensitive, but it made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and we will never return to your establishment. Additionally, if there’s ever an issue with food safety, you can be certain that we will take it up with the proper authorities. If I or anyone else ever suffers from food poisoning, you can count on hearing from us immediately.

First time ordering from DQ and I couldn’t be less impressed. They overfilled one of my drinks and the bottom of the cardboard carrier broke when I picked up the carrier spilling the drink all over my car. The food was cold, probably because I stood there looking at it for 8 mins while the cashier made three fountain drinks and small sundae that came with the meal. The bacon burger was a burger with half a piece of bacon and if you upgrade your fries to a large well you will get it half full so don’t bother. The sundae was a nice treat of 4 bites of ice cream.

I have never enjoyed the atmosphere here, which is why I usually do drive through. My most recent experience was the worst by far. All I can say is that there was a customer having a serious argument with an employee and management didn’t step in. I was worrisome. A few custoners left it got so bad.

Ordered chicken tenders. No dipping sauce. 30 seconds later I decided I needed some sauce because the tenders were old and needed some flavor. I was told I now had to pay extra for the sauce because I didn’t include it with the order. I think management needs some training on common sense

OUTSTANDING! Super clean! Masked staff and patrons. Dine-in tables spaced, outside dining available, as well as, drive-up.
Immediate service, food served quickly and hot. Fresh bun, fresh taste, great burger, crispy fries, self-serve drinks. Reasonably priced.
This was our lunch stop on the way to Blue Springs State Park in January, 2020 and 2021 and we’ll return in 2022!! This should be a local favorite!!

Was really unappealing all the way around. What’s my first time At this location and decided to take my granddaughter for some ice cream.. We came in, there was 1 person in front of us that had already ordered.. We stood there for about 10 minutes. And nobody even greeted us even though there were 4 people. Walking back-and-forth from the counter. And 1 person that was just standing there . When I finally asked if anybody was gonna help us. A gentleman came from the back and did so.. I’m not sure if he even Spoke Proficient English, to be honest. A young lady handed us the order And was very nice. We went ahead and took it to go… Was pretty disappointed, not really for me, but mostly for my granddaughter.. It’s important for our kids to see the way businesses are supposed to be ran.. This wasn’t it.. Not at that particular time and moment.
