This is my favorite place in Bend. The flavors are impeccable, the chicken is blackened in the perfect way, their house sauce is bomb af, and if you enjoy a spicier sauce, they have one secretly stashed they can give you (Thanks James). They are super *consistent* which is important, and the dudes who run it are cute and kind, which makes supporting them even easier. Get to Da Nang quick! Your tummy will thank you!

We’ve been eating at Da Nang for a year or so now, and easily the top Vietnamese restaurant we have around here. We often order their rice bowls, everything is full of flavor and just enough spice. Service is always friendly, food is always delicious, highly recommend.

My wife son and I stopped by this food truck and were delighted at the delicious, fresh, healthy food from Da Nang. This doesn’t even address how genuinely nice, polite and gracious the staff is there. We had a tofu salad, steak salad, and steak Bahn Mi sandwich. I hope their new location provides them a bountiful business but sure want them to be successful and around in perpetuity. We will be back ( often).

I really enjoyed our meal here! I ordered a tofu dish, and really appreciated that they checked about dietary needs (vegetarian/vegan). They also brought the food over to us, and the Bahn Mi was delicious. Highly recommended ☺️

We just made the drive from Sisters to try this food truck and were not disappointed. Fantastic food, good-sized portions, and friendly service. We are new transplants from Seattle needing good Asian food, and this is easily some of the best we have had in central Oregon. EAT HERE!
