I had placed an online order for pickup. I waited in my car until it said that it was DONE, so I walked inside to get my food as usual. As I walked up to the counter, no one acknowledged me or said anything and I see that there’s an order on the counter. So I kindly asked the lady if that order was mine and she “yes” and I noticed that she was still making my drink. As I thought my order was DONE like the app said, i grabbed my food and drink when she was done making it. I noticed that there wasn’t any sauce in the bag so i nicely asked for some and instead of giving me the sauce, I was hit with a hostile attitude with “if you just waited it would’ve been in the bag.” So i replied with “sorry I’m on the clock at my store” I was patient throughout the entire process of the order not being ready. As I was leaving, a different lady replied “don’t work too hard” and to make matters worse the lady that was making my order rudely said “oh she don’t work. she don’t do nothing at her job.” I don’t appreciate that kind of attitude when I was just simply walking in to pick up my order. Never coming to this location again.

I dine in the mall.. Food was good service was OK but when I went for my refill of tea they said they only gave one refill and they marked my cup when I asked the young lady why was there a limit on the refills she said people take advantage of it how sad and the marker stained on my hand. I’m sure Chick-fil-A knows that tea is the most inexpensive drink of all ..

The manager Ford did great. Super nice friendly and timely. Had a big smile. Food was great too.

Best chic fila in town, most consistent good food. Great service. Chicken sandwhich is never flat like the other ones. Keep it up and tell you sister stores to take notes! He says best ice cream too!

This Chick-fil-A is located inside of the mall. They were very busy when I arrived. I was still able to order quickly, and received my food rather quickly. Food was hot and fresh. They brought my food to me in the food court seating area.

In my opinion, it’s still the best one in town. Why wait in a drive thru when you can get your food and shop. Amazing staff would definitely go again

The staff here is always really friendly and quick. The food is some of the best quality in town. Always get the right food, and the food is hot as well. (Unless, of course, it was supposed to be cold) Their drive-thru runs super smooth. The inside is always clean as well.
