D & M Coffee stands for Donna and Mark Coffee. Donna and Mark met while attending CWU as art majors. They worked their way through school; Mark in restaurants and Donna as a hair stylist. In a small Scamp trailer converted to a mobile espresso bar, Mark and Donna started their coffee business in 1990. Since then business continues to grow and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of our customers. The art of coffee is very important to us. Fresh, consistent, high-quality coffee is critical. We roast to order, offering our customers only the freshest coffee available.

Limited food options because of course, it’s a coffee shop, but the food they do have is well made and the coffee is fantastic. Clean, friendly staff, little to no wait times, and plenty of cool seating and ambiance. I especially like the window seating in the front looking out on Pearl St. Good for people watching and checking emails.

I was a little let down with the downtown location. The service was a little cold. The atmosphere in building is loud. The food was extremely subpar. I got a breakfast burrito and it was small. I have had better at McDonald’s

D & M’s is probably the best coffee business in Washington state. Unfortunately, I am unable to drink coffee and tend to prefer Italian sodas.

Great iced mocha and a free tasty muffin. Great atmosphere for meeting with friends or having a quiet conversation.

A good solid place for better than average coffee. Their espresso drinks are consistently too hot to initially drink, which means no chance to actually taste the coffee itself. I have always had to ask for less heat here. Most pro espresso machines are set to extract at 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit, so it follows that the barista should heat the milk to the same temp. Thanks for a good experience and really nice employees. By the way, the piano is a great addition and for an upright it sounds really good!

I like their signature latte, difference between the normal and signature you get to choose flavors to add. They have a couple of options, I went with english toffee and caramel. Tastes good

Super cute coffee shop with outdoor seating and heaters. I only got to try an apple strudel cinnamon pastry which wasn’t that great BUT their mexican mocha specialty drink was delish!

Let me tell all of you who care, this company is truly all World but mostly American…they have a classic history of success and a heartfelt service that once you get it you get it (family vibe). The COFFEE is hand roasted and the baristas eclectic. God Speed to D&M!
