We got a bacon double burger with no bacon, onion rings that were already getting cold, and concrete mixers that were not only not what we ordered, but also half melted when they were brought out to the car for curbside. Love the food here but seriously guys, do better for what we pay for our food. Really disappointed.

Today was the second time in a week at this Culver’s. Last week we had a our grandchildren and it took twenty minutes for the order to come out to the car the ice creams for dessert were already melted and we ended up not getting the two drinks for the grandkids. Today I was picking up lunch for my wife and I, they got the order wrong and the ice cream must have been sitting out while they prepared our lunches because it was melted again.

I was verbally intimidated by one of the employees behind the counter. She was standing next to the young man at the register , not doing anything but laughing as I placed my order. I looked at her and she then started yelling , “ what are you looking at”, “ why are you looking at me” and her body language was one of aggression and intimidation. I thought she might jump over the counter and try to physically harm me. The manager pulled her to the back room and came out to talk with me. I was still so upset that I couldn’t explain clearly what happened.I am hoping she is no longer working there. As I drove away, I wasn’t sure how to let the manager know that I felt threatened and intimidated and it made the environment feel unsafe. I will NEVER go to this particular restaurant again. I never leave reviews, but this was a disturbing interaction when all I wanted was a hamburger.

The food is fine but I ordered a family size fry and I don’t feel like I got a family size portion based on my experience with ordering the same thing at different locations. The bottom of the container was lined one fry deep. Also, I saw my food go into another person’s car have them look at it and then give it back to the worker who then walked around, looking at other cars and then finally bringing it to me and telling me it’s because the person directly behind me has the same exact number that I do. I’m not sure that I feel exactly comfortable with this.
