This location really doesn’t care about customer service whatsoever. The person taking my order at the drive thru was very rude and rushing me as I ordered. Once I received my food it was cold the cheese didn’t even melt. I was given old and burnt bacon on my sandwich as well. This location is convenient for me as far as the area but I may have to drive a little further for better service.

Whoever they have cooking in the evenings does not know how to cook. I come to this location a lot, and they use to have buttery carmalized brown smash burgers with big pieces of crispy bacon. The last couple of weeks I’ve been receiving very low quality food and I’m not sure what’s going on. I ordered a lemon cooler today and there was chocolate all rimming the cover and it looked disgusting. And for like the third time in the last couple of weeks I received a grey burger with little crunchy burnt bits all over it and the bun with some tiny rubbery anemic bacon strips. I used to think this was the best location but not anymore. I’ll go somewhere else. This is bogus.

Valentine’s Day thru the drive thru my coleslaw missing got home didn’t have it! Culver’s is going downhill! The parking lot at night you can’t see anywhere you’re going. I would say from now on Chick-fil-A is way more organized & a place I’d rather be.! Culver’s does not do a bag check to see if they have everything in their matching the receipt and this is poor customer service and also extremely unorganized and it dis satisfaction to customers. This is the Oak Creek Wi location.

I ordered a few custards & overall the custards were done well unfortunately there was one custard that was not done well. The custard that was not done well was the hot fudge custard the reason why it was not done well is because there’s barely any custard in the container & to me that’s disappointing

Tried having employee remake this with butter pecan and Oreo. Was told it was. What planet are you living on when it’s $12 for custard and they can’t properly make this? Horrible service won’t return and I’ll take my money back

Update: So we decided to give this Culver’s another try. You guys are promoting a new burger and I’d rather give you this burger back than even eat it. I got one lousy curled up piece of bacon. In the middle of it *see photo. I asked for a single and I got a double. I can’t even pull them apart because they’re stuck together. $40 for some food and you can’t even get the sauce in the bag for the tenders.
$40 for 3 meals. A simgle patty, 4 tenders and bacon cheese butter burger. When did they start serving McDonald’s burgers. There’s no wieght to my burger. It’s as thin as a piece of cheese. There’s more bun then there is burger. So very disappointing. I used to like Culver’s. I think I’m done eating there. What a let down
And maybe have a friendly sounding employee on the speaker. She sounded so annoyed with having to take our order.

This is my go to location for years and I will always think highly of this place. I have had a few times where they give my order to the wrong vehicle but everyone makes mistakes so I won’t hold that against them. Food is always fresh and very tasty, if you never had Culver’s before I would highly recommend.

I have been to this location for years. Most of the time, it’s through the drive-thru but there have been rare instances of me showing up here in-person. The food is very good. The staff is very nice. The single cheeseburgers even when ordered well-done are amazing, the cheese curds are also the most amazing I could hardly ever imagine. The staff is very nice and they make sure your order is correct. They make sure their food is up to quality, and actually very good. The place inside is very clean. This place is the best place I have been going to for years and highly trust it.

Clearly no Management is present after a certain time. Our food was good, service was good, the order correct (an incredible feat since other locations can’t seem to accomplish that) but this place was a complete garbage dump. It appeared someone was wandering around the dining room in Culver’s gear chatting up their friends but not actually cleaning anything. The bathroom was filthy, gabage overflowing, floors full of food scraps and dirt. Oh well, can’t have everything I guess.
