Have been coming to this Culvers for over a decade. The food is always good but this is the second time our order has been incorrect. I understand mistakes happen however, when I called to complain I was not greeted with a pleasant customer service experience.

We ordered 2 value baskets via online ordering and neither had the fries. We didn’t realize until we were home, we live 20 mins away from the restaurant. When calling to request a refund, the manager said there was nothing she could do other than get my fries next time I’m there, but I’d have to go inside. It takes forever to get your food at this restaurant which is why we order ahead online. It’s inconvenient to order inside and it’s poor customer service this is the only solution when the restaurant messes up an order. I’d choose another Culver’s and stay way from this one.

Culver’s ,they have ok customer service, I’m upset and the way they cook the food you order, this is not your home so stop burning up the burgers like well done ,but charred well done,please prepare other people food the way they ask,and put the toppings that customers ask for ,if they say no salt and make my fries soft please don’t make them hard and crispy,the opposite. All I’m saying is we need to know who we are hiring and let them know the expectations.

I love culvers food, and most Culvers I have been to are great. Unforently this one does not meet the expectations of other culvers mostly due to their service and parking/drive thru location. It is a very heavy traffic area and is not ideal to get in and out of. Also the service is better then most fastfood resturants in the immedite area, but again it does not live up to the standards of other Culvers. If you decide to eat here you will not be disapointed in your food choice, just dont let the services you might have ruin that amazing meal your about to eat.

I’m a big fan of Culver’s and I rarely have a bad experience. This one is also a 4.9 star rating in my book honestly. They’re definitely suffering from under-staffing like many of them around the area, but otherwise they do great work. The food is always good and my family has a good time. Outside of long lines, I really don’t have much to complain about. Hopefully, they can get that fixed because I always enjoy a good butter burger!

One of the worst experiences at this location. Burnt fries, melted ice cream. The manager came out with another employee in a confrontational manner and questioned to why I wanted my food remade. After explaining why, she still refused to remake the order or give a refund. When asked if I can speak to someone else she walked away. If I had my food to show I would’ve but she proudly took it all away. I would drive out of way to visit another Culver’s before returning to this store location.

We were just driving through town and decided to stop for a bite to eat. We’ve been to Culvers many times before and have always enjoyed the food. This experience was much different though. It was a Friday evening and we ordered two chicken tender value meals. The tenders were soggy, but hot. Not how we are used to Culvers chicken tenders, which are usually crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. They also tasted like they were fried in the same grease as the fish. As someone who is allergic to seafood, this was not ideal for me. Could smell it as soon as the box was opened. The fries were also soggy, like they were nuked.

My only recommendation would be that if there’s ice cream on the order make sure to give it to the customer right away versus leaving it on the counter until the food is ready. This was the second time now that we have had melted ice cream because it wasn’t given to us right away and it was given to us with our food. I might as well have gotten a shake.
