Love the food, service is great but the drive around loop is just so short. You can only pull up so far behind someone. O my allows for about 4 cars to pull up. Yes I am annoyed by this part this my 4 star rating

We love the food here – always hot and delicious. The staff is quite pleasant and helpful. However, they are consistently forgetful when we ask for things like a knife or an extra sauce. I always have to go back up after food is delivered to the table and ask for the forgotten items. Not a big deal, but it’s happened more than once, so I removed a star. The person filling orders needs to pay better attentioni to the order (as all items we requested are included on the receipt).

UPDATE: 7 months since I wrote the original review; and I just went back. Service was excellent! Food was great! Either I came at a better time or day; or they’ve turned a new leaf! Either way, glad they got their act together!

Kind of slow drive thru line. Park after paying and food delivered to car within 10 minutes. Food was Great but missing one order of French fries. Called Culver’s back and the manager put my name on the list for my French fries next time I visit. Fish sandwich was worth the wait. Yummy!

It took 25 minutes for our dine-in meals. Staff was extremely stressed out. Management needs a lot of work. Employees are not valued or appreciated, by the looks and sounds of it.

As someone who recently found out I have celiac disease, it’s very rare that I grab food while I’m out because of the risk of cross contamination and the fact that there are very few places that offer gluten/wheat allergy precautions. And I love that Culver’s offers gluten free buns and safe preparation, that way I can stop for food here and there on my way home and grab something for not only my daughter but also myself. But every time I order here they put the burger into the little paper container upside down with the cheese faced down on the parchment paper, and when you go to get the patty off all the cheese sticks to the paper and there’s none left on the burger. Please, PLEASE stop doing that. People who have allergies just want to feel like a normal person sometimes and stop for a bite to eat. And with the prices y’all charge this shouldn’t even be happening.. very frustrating and sad for someone with an allergy.

3 bad experiences there. Ice cream is always melted and we wait forever (20 min at least) just to get ice cream. Twice, they did not have a record of our order at the drive through after we waited 20min but charged our card. Would not recommend. Bad management. DQ is where will go now.
