Traveling through and our third Culver’s (2 in South Dakota and here) in under a week. Arrived at lunch on Saturday and the lobby was packed. Six of us, including 2 children. Large order for dine in. Food came out hot and timely, but a small hiccup with items missing. They corrected it quickly and without question. Kids love the food and will eat it, we love the taste and the cost! Good food, good prices. Looked online and found that the closest Culver’s is 2 hours away from home. Oh well, we’ll continue to look for Culver’s and patronize as we travel.

We always look for Culver’s when we travel because they have excellent Gluten free hamburger buns and take extra care for those of us with allergies. However, this Culver’s must use a different supplier because my bun was very dry and crumbly and not at all what I have been used to getting. Also, we ordered food that needed forks and had to go to the counter to get them. When I did, I was totally ignored, even by people who made eye contact with me. I was asking for help and was just ignored until the cashier who was already busy with other customers made someone come help me. It was very rude.

We love Culver’s but our experience there last Sunday was not up to your standards. Kids working behind counter were loud, rowdy and running around dining room. Food delivery to tables were very slow and ice cream was melting when it was finally delivered, after reminding staff. The food was good, but dining atmosphere was lacking.

It was super crowded, I think some sort of children’s sport had just recently finished and many from the team were here. It didn’t take long to give our order and be seated, but they forgot 2 items when they brought the food to us, that took a little longer. The staff seemed ill equipped to handle such volume. But nevertheless, the food was tasty and hot.

Delicious buffalo chicken tender strips and you have to try the pretzel bites. They have the best pretzels. The cheese curds weren’t my favorite but this is definitely a great place for options and delicious food.

For a fast food restaurant, Culver’s consistently serves very good food. I’ve had their fish, chicken and the burgers – all tasted fresh and juicy. Hands down their grilled chicken is the best I’ve had from any restaurant.

It was our first time, had heard many great things, but I wasn’t impressed at all. The fries were hard, overcooked, the spicy chicken sandwich was overcooked, the soda was flat…. Probably won’t be going back. There are too many options out there.

I ordered one scoop of the FOD w/bananas. I got two slices of banana, cut in half with the entire center being black. They were also mushy. That’s not all, my one scoop equated to maybe 1-1/2 tablespoons. The bottom and 3/4’s of the sides was clear plastic. I looked at it when I got it and looked back at the girl. She shrugged her shoulders and closed the window. I am shocked. If you’re going to serve mini dishes…reduce the price.

If you notice that I rated everything but the the overall 5 star it is because they always are downsizing the food but the price stays the same not that everyone isn’t doing it especially the Custard but it is still the best fast food place ever

We waited over 15 minutes for two mini concrete mixers. Both were almost completely melted. The wrong custard was used in one of them along with nuts being added that should not have been there. This would have been a very dangerous surprise for someone with a nut allergy. The other one didn’t have the candy that was ordered.
