Our cookies were not done, somewhat un-done. This was the 1st time that my husband’s family in ND trying Crunmbl & I wanted it to be FANTASTIC but not so much. I wish that they had been cooked a little longer. I raved at how amazing Crumbl was but unfortunately they weren’t as great as I had told them. Unfortunately, they weren’t really impressed..

We have ordered here multiple times and have always received quick, friendly service. The variety of changing flavors allow for you to try different kinds. Not every flavor is a winner, but we always have fun trying new ones out and revisiting old favorites when they come back to the menu. This store is clean and we have never run into any issues when stopping by.

I’m doing 3 stars. Not because they weren’t good cookies they are, but because two of my cookies were almost raw and gooey and it’s a texture I did not care for. I may return when they hype dies down and isn’t so busy or a long wait to order. Willing to give a 2nd chance for some fully cooked cookies. The maple glaze and coconut had potential too I’m so sad.

I ordered Crumbl cookies to be delivered for my mom’s birthday as I live out of state and she loves Crumbl. I am giving one star because the cookies were fine but the customer service put such a damper on what was supposed to be a happy surprise. 1. The delivery driver was super rude to my mom when he delivered the cookies. She took a minute to get to the door and when she opened the door he rolled his eyes at her and said “it’s about time” and walked away. 2. I called the west Fargo store and told the employee about this experience and he laughed?! Like it might be something to laugh about later, but in the moment today I was very upset about it. I don’t get to be with my mom on her birthday and wanted to do something nice, and it just turned into an overall bitter experience. I kind of called the employee out for laughing and he said he would write a review for the delivery driver, but I think he was just saying that to make me feel better. Overall – Don’t order Crumbl for a special occasion or celebration unless you’re able to pick them up yourself I guess.

Crumble is the best. I’ve eaten these cookies in several states and the taste is always amazing. The cookies are typically not cooked all the way through so expect that. I will say the ones in Fargo are much less cooked than other Crumble Cookies I have had….but you will still eat the whole thing!!

Ordered on the app and I thought I had put in for a Friday pickup at 1:00, we got there and no order. I said well you charged me. After a lot of searching apparently the order had been put in for Thursday. I had ordered a dozen to taste test as we were going to order 250 for a wedding this summer. They told me since we were a day late, they threw away the cookies-ok that’s crazy in and of itself. Anyway, I never received a confirmation of my order and apparently they don’t text or call if you miss pickup as they said they’d be on the phone all day(also, find that hard to believe) They did offer to redo the order and charge me full price. I declined as I had already paid $45 for a dozen cookies, as I had tipped as well and nothing was refunded. In this day and age, I would think you would receive a confirmation of your order. Terrible customer service. We won’t be back.
