Love Crumbl and have been a loyal (almost weekly) customer since they opened in NJ. So as for the cookies, they are delicious. If you like soft baked cookies then this it! This location is closer to us than the Ocean one but surely is hit or miss. You have to check the cookies before you leave. Multiple times they have forgotten toppings and even ingredients that are supposed to be in the cookie. One week we ordered 5 chocolate cookies & cream cookies (because they are my favorite) and one fried ice cream cookie to try. My husband picked it up and didn’t know better but when I opened the box, the chocolate cookies and cream cookies were missing the white chocolate chips. That’s a main ingredient in this particular cookie! It was wild! And then we found a white hair/thread (I still don’t know what it was) in the fried ice cream cookie as soon as we broke it in half. This is just one example on one visit. The staff replaced the cookies but barely apologized. It was weird. They were kind of looking at us like we did something wrong. The manager looked like a young kid and clearly had no customer service skills. Needless to say, it hasn’t stopped us from going back but with how expensive these cookies are AND the fact they are always looking for a tip, then the quality control has to be stepped up big time!

Honest review. First and last time using this location. We’ve used Crumbl for personal and business deliveries since its inception all over the country. We always do delivery and fill out the custom message so the recipient knows who sent it and why. It is a critical piece of the customer experience, just like ordering flowers to be delivered. We ordered 2 deliveries today and both were delivered without the message, leaving the recipients to wonder who they are from and why. Called the store and was told they ran out of paper and there is nothing they can do. No credits, no refund. They could have contacted us and let us know, but that would risk losing the sale. But instead they lost a sizable account. So every customer that orders a delivery with a message heads up! Better off ordering flowers!

Ordered 4 cookies on the app, when I went to pick them up I was given 1 cookie with a hole in the middle like a donut and the worker showed me the cookies for a split second before she shut the box so quickly and walked away I was stunned, I didn’t even get to check the cookies. I immediately reopened the box and stated that my cookie had a huge hole in it, to which she wouldn’t even replace it, a different employee who was actively making cookies had to stop what he was doing to give me a different cookie without a hole. It honestly was such a weird experience and I will not be returning to Brick New Jersey Crumbl.

My dear friend down in Florida ordered me 4 cookies for my birthday to be delivered. I wasn’t home at the time of delivery so they were left on my porch. It was just the cookies in the box. When I got home and brought them inside, less then an hour after delivery, they were coated with tiny ants from being outside and not wrapped at all. I now have tiny ants all over my counter AND my cookies. I called the store to make a suggestion of properly wrapping or covering cookies that are being delivered, maybe with a different form of packaging. All she said was once the cookies leave the store, it’s out of their control and there’s nothing they can do. Not very helpful AT ALL.
