Our food was great. We were so excited to find a new place. We had good drinks. Ended up with a hair in my husband meal and a feather in mine. They apologized and took the price of my meal off. Sounds like they have great specials on certain nights. We will try it again since it was good but a tad apprehensive.

We had high hopes for this place and were excited to give them our business being long time vacationers to Crooked Lake. We were greeted by a very nice host who did a great job making us feel welcome. We had a party of 8 and we ordered appetizers which came quickly and were not bad but not great either. It went down hill from there. We waited for our food for over an hour and were told there was another big table was on the bar side holding up our food but after checking found out that was a lie. Not cool. Our refills while waiting were slow to come and all we had in the meantime were excuses. Once we received our food finally we found that it was not even hot. The pork burnt ends were very bad you could tell that they had mixed old ones with fresh ones as some were so burnt that you couldn’t put your fork through them and some were not even cooked enough. The ribs were fall off the bone because they were so dry. Maybe we had a bad night but we felt that if we waited that long the food should be excellent and it wasn’t. They took some money off our almost $200 bill and they apologized about the wait but to have the food be so bad made it a total disappointment. The wait staff tried and were nice but we don’t want other people to get the same experience.

Nice, brightly-lit dining room and bar. Additional dining area with a stone fireplace looked cozy, but wasn’t open. Patio has views of the lake. The barbeque burger is amazing; piled with pulled pork and a generous slice of gouda. Fries and brussel sprouts were also tasty.

The food was good. The prices are fair. However, it took 45 minutes for our food to come out after we placed the order. And part of our order was given to another table by mistake. They offered to remake the missing portion, but ultimately just told them to take it off the bill and we’ll eat what we did have, because we were tired of waiting.

Sad to say I was disappointed. I had seen such great photos online. Went for breakfast bar/brunch and the food was cold and dry. Even the stuff recently brought out. Pancakes were even hard on one side.. all of them. Mac and cheese just brought out was cold. Eggs were cold and hard. Bar floor, where the line was, was sticky.

They were out of a good amount of things (which isn’t a big deal to us) but we weren’t told that until after we had been sitting there for awhile waiting to order. Service wasn’t great, had to ask for appetizers that were missing and a side dish missing when the dinner did arrive. Felt like they were more concerned on leaving vs making sure we had our order/a good experience. Food was okay, not anything any of us would get again. The bbq green beans were delicious, we loved those. But overall it wasn’t a positive dining experience.

The food was so good. Service was a little slow but it was a week night and only one waitress so not a huge deal to just wait a little. She was super friendly though! I can’t wait to go back for more!

This place has fallen apart! Had fun the first 2 times. Must have lost the staff or boss doesn’t care anymore. Sat around for 15 minutes just to get 2 beers and an iced tea. Then an hour and 15 minutes to be told it will still be longer to get our food. Waitress was nice and said they were understaffed and the boss had already left.
