After a long break from this store dye to bad experiences, I came back this afternoon and it was great. James, the guy who took my order and served my food was awesome. Amazing customer service experience. So rate these days. The food was also fresh and good. The only downside was that the restaurant was very hot inside. AC was way down.

Do NOT come to this location! Usually, every time I come here I leave asking myself, why did I come to this location? This time was no different. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, large fry, with spicy chicken nuggets… the entire meal was gross. My chicken sandwich was RAW and not thoroughly cooked!! I had to come back from my home after getting settled to eat because my food was raw and gross. Everyone on this staff is also very rude, & not friendly at all. I saw inside the kitchen and it looks nasty, & even smelled a bad smell from the window. I will never come back to this location. If you were wise you wouldn’t either.

I like that s Wendy’s as it has that new soda dispensing machine. Which means there are lots of choices for customers who prefer soda that has no calories or no caffeine. Service is very fast as the 2 young servers are very focused and hardworking. Although the lineup is long the former d comes out very fast. Unfortunately the chilli is not hot, only warm at its best. But then the servers are very helpful. They microwave them for us. Fries and the nuggets are hot and tasty. I’ll definitely return to this location.

So I order a junior cheese deluxe and a small frosty. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food no one was in line or at the drive thru. Then when it was time to pay she couldn’t get the system to work. Well I finally get my food and the frosty is so melted u can almost drink it. Like wth u could have just drank it with a straw it was so melted that was a waist of time

They are not open at 6:30am. I was just there this morning and no one answered. The lights were on and someone was in the building itself, I even went through the drive thru and again no one answered. If your not open at 6:30, please Fix your hours of operation for this location

The woman was so rude. We ask for a frosty and she flat out said “No”. No explanation, no apologizing, just an rude “no”. I know it’s no Chick fil a but man, that was uncalled for.
