My coworkers always tell me not to go to this Burger King, but despise me liking the food. I still support y’all the same manager that sits in them and window always gives you trouble especially when you exit for fresh food and they give you cold food and he gives you trouble because you want to make it fresh and hot. I went here twice and both times this manager has been so sorry and y’all leave him by himself every day, there’s no workers there. He’s going from the drive-through to the front a set in front of the intercom. He didn’t say anything for almost 10 minutes then when I said something he said, how may I help you as if he didn’t wanna take my order at all I’m a leave a bad review and I’m calling to leave that review because y’all need more service in this place trying to save money to not hire somebody is ridiculous.

Good things first. Was charging my car nearby. Wanted to eat some snacks and have a drink. Place was with almost no customers at all. Lots of seats and outdoor seating options. My drink (see below) was refreshingly cold, and I enjoyed it)
Bad things next: several menu items were not available at the time of my visit, so I settled with Simply Orange.
Ugly things last: the restroom was pathetic. Doesn’t want to describe. Thank God I did not go after my drink. Otherwise, it would have come out jet fast. Burger King: if you are reading, keep your restrooms clean.

So nice to Dine-in at a basic fast food restaurant and not stand at an impersonal kiosk (like at MD’s) and not pay $$$ (like at CfA). The nice woman at the counter was very pleasant in taking my order. And my Cheeseburger and onion rings were ready a short time later.

This location is a joke. I swear the make your food out of spite when you make changes. Asked for no pickles as I’m allergic and they loaded it with mustard and pickles, didn’t give me my fries and I waited for almost 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger that was made incorrectly. And it’s not just one time EVERYTIME I go here it’s wrong, how embarrassing. Yall need better mangers. I will not be coming back to this location. Get it together or go home.

I got the double cheeseburger it’s always delicious! Always hot! So much better than McDonald’s . Their location is clean inside and their bathrooms are kept very clean! Highly recommend this location.

I often eat lunch at the Burger King on Mansell Rd in Alpharetta. The shift manager is often Michelle. When she is on duty the place is spotless, my order prepared correctly, and the food hot. Moreover, the counter people seem to be nicer. I think it’s the best BK around. It’s OK when others are on duty, but I really feel Michelle makes a difference! Thanks for feeding me!

I stopped going to this store because the food was hit or miss and the wait was horrible at lunch time. I came back after a 6 month hiatus and still no better- I’m missing items and no zesty sauce. What’s the problem? Short staffed? New staff? Management doesn’t care? There is seriously too much competition in that area for yall to continue with such poor performance.

Worst service ever. The manager is rude the wait time is long every time you go to this location. Also when tried to talk to her about it she was rude and closed the window in my face. The worker and the manager. They should close this place if they don’t have enough workers! Also saw the worker at the window place a used cup back in the cups so that lets me know you’re unsanitary as well ! GREASE WAS OLD they used on the fries..
