First time here. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Took a bit for someone to come give us menus and get our drink orders, they were not that busy so not sure why that was. We ordered some cheese sticks for starters, they came out with 2 marinara dipping packets. They had a real fresh out of the microwave feel to them in my opinion and my wife agreed. For our meal, my wife ordered the Blue Crab Special with Crafty Cajun and Buttery Garlic for the flavor and medium for the spice. I had the Snow Crab Cluster Special with the same taste and spice as my wife. The flavor was very good and the spice was just right, the Crab tasted so good and the shrimp were delicious. At first we were only given a plastic fork to aid us in taking these Crab legs apart. We asked if they had other utensils and they brought us proper utensils for eating Crab. Upon finishing and needing to wash my hands I thought it was good that you could get to the public faucets without having to open a door, that seemed a plus to me. All in all it was a decent enough spot, it definitely satisfied our appetite for some Crab legs.

Place is not terrible but could use a lot of work. Food and seasoning is mediocre at best . My table ordered crawfish and snow crab. Crawfish was cooked dead so I had to throw a lot away and The snow crab tasted off to me so I had some else at the table try they said “it tasted disgusting “ as well . I reported to server said they would not refund because it was eaten. I don’t agree with this policy. I would definitely not recommend this place it was a waste of $150 and $20 tip.

This was my second time coming here and the blue crabs were delicious so i brought my husband to try them out. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri with whip cream grown up drink and it turned out really syrupy. It had nothing to do with the whip cream because i get daiquiris all the time. I told the waiter that its to syrupy and she ask the bartender can he remake it. My husband even tasted it and he couldn’t even drink it. The waiter to it to the bartender, He specifically told the waiter that he will not redo the drink. Then he said he ask the manager can we switch it out. The manager said no and its no refund. So for that they lost two customers. I still tip the waiter because its not his fault he did not make the drink. But i never heard such thing that they will not fix me another drink nor switch it out which is bad for a restaurant.

DO NOT COME HERE! my husband and I came to eat and I ordered boiled seafood he ordered fried. the waitress brought out my boiled food on time however his food came over 30 mins later and the manager wouldn’t even come to the table to discuss why his food was taking so long. I had to ask 3 different waiters for her to come to our table. it was if she was avoiding us. she didn’t even take care of his catfish dinner. Horrible management and customer service!!! Courtney the manager did not do a good job of making sure we’d ever return due to our inconvenience!

My daughter left her AirPods on the table, by the time we got to the light at 45 & 1960 I turned around only for them to tell me they don’t have them or see them. It hadn’t even been 5 minutes and they miraculously disappeared. I’ve ate at this location so many times I know the faces. I’m not even mad about the AirPods it’s the principle that they didn’t even want to take there initiative to look for them. The manager who’s name I don’t even know started helping me but walked off as soon as other customers came in which was so unprofessional. She then said the guy who cleaned the table went through the trash and they weren’t there, which clearly tells me they took them. Even the hostess saw my daughter with them and now they nowhere to be found.

This was my first time here and The service here was so wonderful. Pat took such good care of us, and maintained a great spirit. She answered all our questions and informed us of her favorites on the menu. O top of the great service the food was soooo good. The boom seasoning is a hit! I definitely will be back and make sure Pat is my server

We arrived around 7 o clock and the wait was minimal on Saturday. The hostess wasn’t taking names down, and we asked how would we know when you’re ready and she said I’m “eye balling” it. We thought that was a little strange since another that came after us was seated before us but it’s okay. We kept our cool. We eventually sat down and the menu was basically a step by step of seafood choices. We instead went with the Dungeness Special. It’s $37.99. For two people with two waters our total came out to just under $100. There food was very appealing once it arrived and it tastes even better. The spice level seems to non existent though. I’m not a spicy person but my wife is and I ate some of hers and it wasn’t spicy at all but it was still good though! Overall this place was a great place to eat at! Good food, good service, good decor, good prices. Would recommend you trying it!

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a crafty crab and I dine here religiously. Our waiter Shannon was extremely rude and unprofessional giving us a hard time about sitting inside to dine . I notice the manager Courtney was present and brought this to her attention and with no remorse or care she advised this was simple implemented by the owner and there was nothing she could do to remedy this situation. I will NEVER dine here or purchase anything from this establishment again as no one cared for me as a reoccurring customer.
