I had chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, & hash brown casserole. All was very good. Loved the corn bread and biscuit too. Service was friendly and good. We were on a schedule so was happy to get in and out quickly.

I’m a vegetarian, and I didn’t know that vegan sausage was an option. The hosts informed me of the option, so I had to give it a try. The vegan sausage option tasted like real meat. I’m not a fan of pancakes, but I tasted my husband’s pancakes and kept reaching for more. I don’t eat at cracker barrel often, but I will visit more often.

First time at this location and we were not impressed. We waited a long time for our food, which, we didn’t mind, except they forgot to put in my dad’s order. He had to wait even longer (we did share). The chicken fried steak wasn’t good, the over easy egg was fully cooked, and everything was just off and dry. Except for the hash brown casserole, that was amazing! We’ll still be back to try again sometime.

It was our first time here. The staff was great!! We dined during the busiest time, after church on a Sunday. There was a short wait, however they have a fun peg board game to keep you busy while you wait. I will definitely be back. Our server Virginia was very polite and attentive.

I am glad to see that they have switched out the chairs that they had before where the sides were very tight against your hips. The new chairs even though still made of wood and no padding or more comfortable. The staff are so nice and helpful. The food was excellent and so was the service. All of the employees greeted you with a smile and made you feel very welcome.

Great food! However very slow service/ the restaurant was not busy. We had to ask for refills on coffee and water twice.

So far I’ve been waiting 45 minutes and no one has even taken my drink order, sat at the front waiting for a host for another 10 minutes. Had to even get my own high chair out of the back of the store due to incompetence. Would leave a review on the food but I don’t know how much longer I plan to be here. After taking my order I was just informed that they don’t even have the items in stock to make what I want. Lack of management, lack of service, lack of quality and a utter disappointment. Will only be back if the Sherman location is closed.

Food was decent. Service was what was to be expected but nothing over the top. Our waitress couldn’t recommend anything off the menu said in her opinion, none of it was very good. Took longer than expected for a breakfast meal (just over 35 minutes to arrive). The girl who checked us out though changed the whole dynamic of our experience she was a true gem.

My husband and I eat here regularly, and as vegetarians, the impossible sausage is a game changer! It’s super delicious and can substitute any of the breakfast meats in a meal. Our favorite is the new Biscuit Benny or the Old Timer’s Breakfast. He always asks me, “are you sure this is the impossible sausage???” Because you honestly can’t tell the difference. I highly recommend it to omnivores and herbivores alike. I hope they keep it on the menu. We love supporting businesses that offer conscientious options.

Ordered a sirloin steak medium. Came well done and I had to saw to slice it. It was dry with an almost chared texture. Notified my waitress about it and a few minutes later I got a new steak, alot more moist and tender.
