Ordered a mid rare 8oz steak it was medium to mid well. Our daughter refused to eat her meal, which might have been a sign not to eat from this Applebee’s. The server was nowhere to be found. Terrible seevice……..from Justin B….Bad Bad bad.

Came her for the all u can eat boneless wings the garlic Parmesan wings weren’t that good they are over cooked with garlic in and the Parmesan cheese was on top not even melted the service here stinks our waitress came to us once to take our order that was the last time we saw her it’s busy here but she went to her other tables and didn’t even come to us not once the endless fries u get with the endless wings are so salty u cant even eat them but I guess that’s what happens when u get endless everything this was my order I ate a couple of the garlic wings

I came in here a couple weeks ago during a personal crisis (long story). This particular day I was originally going to go to Nifty Fifty’s, however, at the request of my mother, we came here. The food was immaculate, I ordered the cheeseburger and french fries and let me tell you, I tore that junk UP. Ate 99.9% of it which is pretty unusual for me. Then at the end I got an oreo milkshake to go, got to see them make it at the bar which was just the cherry on top of a good trip. It took a little while to be served, but to be fair, there were a lot of orders being taken and it just shows how good the food is. I love this restaurant and hope to come here a lot more often.

Went there for lunch and the food and service were A+ We asked to be seated by a window and it was no problem. Zeus was our waiter! He was the best, smiling, in a great mood, very friendly, professional! We ordered Bourbon shrimp and chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and for desert a triple chocolate mini cake drizzled in chocolate syrup and it comes with a vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. I forgot to take photos of the main course and appetizer. We did a special offer with 2 meals and choice of 1 appetizer for $30. Desert and drinks were additional. We watched other staff and servers hustling to get food and drinks to their customers tables and it was impressive. They have stepped up their service. We had our appetizer in 5 minutes after placing order and main course arrived before we could finish the appetizer. Good food is one thing but great service makes the experience something you appreciate and remember. We went at lunchtime on a Friday and it was already getting busy but the service was awesome and the food was delicious! Thank you to Zeus our server and Applebees for a great dining experience!

Ordered curb side to go tonight & was very disappointed! 1st they forgot my drink & hey that happens no biggie. But we Ordered chicken & broccoli alfredo & there was not a drop of alfredo sauce just dry noodles & dry chicken! I live an half an hour away or I would have went back. Noodles were stuck together, ugh just very disappointed! Smh

Went back after many years away as the brand name had become synonymous with poor service in my opinion.. Food choices, or ice and atmosphere did not disappoint. Service was inattentive and slow. Seems gathering in a huddle and checking phones is a priority over seeing what customers might need. Before bringing a main course could you check if the table is ready for that?

The food was great, but I would have liked our server to check in with us more. We had to wait for refills and I don’t like not having a drink with my food. But all in all, it was a great dinner with my family!
