I dined here years ago and recently visited around 11am on a Friday. My, how has this place changed! The menu was extensive, to include some beer and wine options. Breakfast is served all day, but the lunch menu looked really good. I struggled with making a decision. I was shocked that the unlimited biscuits are no longer a thing here. Only certain meals get biscuits, and even then, they’re not refilled. Our server was nice enough to bring us some even though they didn’t come with the breakfast items that we ordered. I had the Grandma’s Sampler and everything was good except the ham. It had a weird taste and I wondered if it was spoiled. Overall, the vibe of this location was a bit off but I’ll continue to dine at other Cracker Barrel locations in the future.

We’d only been to CB in Maryland once before and it wasn’t very good(terrible actually), but this one was walkable from our hotel so we gave it a shot. Server Lauren was attentive and kind, working hard doing double duty as server and busser in her station. Sunday chicken and hamburger steak was hot and fresh. Mobile pay was fast and easy. $5 take home meal was the perfect breakfast next day. A surprisingly positive experience!

The restrooms were very clean. The store was clean, and the restaurant was clean. They greeted us when we entered. We were seated immediately and our order was taken. Customer service was poor and I mean poor. We got our drinks and I ordered and half and half tea, which was awful. After about 10 minutes the waitress passed our table and my husband asked if I could just change it out for a coke, she said yes. We asked for biscuits and gravy when we first ordered, and we had to wait until our order came out. We waited for our food for about 25 minutes. And at no point in that wait did we get a refill. My two children had water and they didn’t even get more water. Finally the food came out, and we had to ask for the biscuits and gravy again. We got 4 biscuits and gravy. The waitress never came back to the table. I looked around several times and she was standing directly behind us by the entrance to the kitchen. She never once refilled our drinks. I finally turned around and she came back to the table and asked if she could remove the empty plates. At that time we asked for to go boxes, bottled syrup, and to go drinks for my husband and myself. She came back with two bottles of syrup and two to go boxes and no drinks. We waited for about 5 more minutes and we knew the to go drinks were not coming. We got up, went purchased something from the gift shop, paid our bill, and exited the store. This was the worst customer service that I have ever had at any Cracker Barrel. She wasn’t friendly, and we had to ask her for things she should have been asking us. If she didn’t like her job, she should get a new one. We had been gone from our home all day for a travel ball tournament and we wanted and good meal before heading home. If I could score this experience a negative 1, I would.

Ordered vegetable soup and custom breakfast for take out while next door at Hampton Inn. Picked it up at stated time. All the food was cold. No utensils were given. No salt or pepper. No spoon fork, nothing. They were out of biscuits. But gave a bowl of gravy. I am sad we gave a tip.

My husband brought me here on my birthday. Overall it was great although the waitress took a while to refill our drinks. The food was great and the waitress was nice even though she didn’t ask if we wanted desert she just handed us our ticket, I felt a little rushed to be honest that’s why I’m giving service a 4 star. I think the waitress was possibly new so I’m giving everything else a 5 star. We will definitely be back because the food was amazing and I love the music that they were playing. The quality and value for the price is great for how much you pay for the meal it’s an awesome deal! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for classic meals, I had the country fried steak and it was so big and filling, the gravy was my favorite part!

Stopped by at lunchtime. Was busy, as expected. Wait time was only 5-10min and service was good. But I had to post about the chicken and dumplings. Cracker Barrel dumplings are usually very, very good. Our dumplings were borderline editable today. It was canned 1”x1” cubed chicken, that tasted so salty and “fish like”. My son who’s 7, loves their dumplings and I didn’t say a word about the food until he took a bite and said “mama, this tastes like fish”. He tried to eat another bite and then couldn’t eat anymore. Neither one of us ate it. I tried to just eat the dumplings (around the chicken), but just couldn’t.

The service was awesome , the food was ok today . I had been wanting Cracker Barrel coffee with some of their awesome biscuits , they said 30 minutes wait for 1 person not too bad I was seated in about 19 minutes , so that was good and for a Sunday that’s really good . I ordered the grandmas breakfast sampler eggs scrambled with cheese , my eggs came out half cooked , my server took care of it right away & no problem . Overall great experience .

My family and I stopped at this Cracker Barrel while traveling. The food and atmosphere were the same as any Cracker Barrel that we have been to but our server, Ms. Nicole, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and courteous. This locations looks like they need extra staff though. Nicole was waiting on our table as well as many others, sweeping, busing tables, cleaning, everything. She did an amazing job with the little to no help she received from staff. The manager stood from a distance and just watched her juggle so many tasks instead of offering help. I don’t know how Ms. Nicole was able to do so much and still give us excellent service.

Our waitress was kind and thorough. The food was hot, delicious, and made just right. Also, there is a lady there (I believe she is one of the managers) who ALWAYS greets us with the biggest smile and takes a minute or 2 of her busy day to see how everything is going. Without fail, she makes every visit to Cracker Barrel better because of her amazing customer service skills and her overall kind, genuine demeanor. As a matter of fact, she made sure to tell me a t-shirt I had been wanting was on sale because she remembered from previous visits how much I liked the graphic tees. I can’t remember her name, but more importantly, I do and will always remember her amazing attitude.
