I ordered the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese bowl. It was a Sunday afternoon so the wait was a little under an hour. The kitchen service was pretty slow so I would advise on having a snack before arrival because it could be 2 hours until you eat

Some of the food was over cooked. Fried okra was almost burnt. Server “Vada” was not as friendly as most Cracker Barrell servers are and at times acted as though she was doing us a favor. Not the typical Cracker Barrel experience.

Don’t order for pickup! The first visit we waitied in the parking spot for quite sometime after saying we were here. The lady working brought out an order for the car next to us and said ours will be right out. Waited 10 more minutes never came. Had to go in and get our food. Got home and opened it up and was missing food. This time I arrived at the correct time. Notified them I was here. No one came out. Tried to call no answer. Finally I went in and the lady at the register said oh I’m sorry they aren’t paying attention. I mentioned I called and she said the phones don’t work. That will be the last time we order for pickup.

Food is always good but for take out I suggest checking your order before leaving the restaurant. Curbside also. Curbside takes longer than going in and picking up your order. If it’s wrong you have to go in anyway. Same online ordering. You still to wait. Upside waiting you know it will still be hot.

Waiter was too busy to pay us any attention, he didn’t give us any silverware and when we asked him, he said they only had forks, so we made do without knife or spoon, we didn’t get any refills, we had to ask a few times for sweetener, he kept forgetting, he gave us the wrong check when we were done. The food was good so, we didn’t make a fuss but, they need to train their people better or hire more

This was the worst meal we have ever had at Cracker Barrel! My better half ordered fried chicken and it was so old looking and tasting and dry as a desert. I asked for fresh chicken and they brought us some that was exactly like the first. My pancakes had cheese and green beans underneath them! This ain’t rocket science. They comped our meal but we just wanted a good meal to enjoy. I’m shocked at how bad it was.

Everything was sooo good. I won’t order the steak next time as it was the only thing that wasn’t done very well. It was stuck together and chewy. The biscuits and pancakes were fresh, fried eggs done to perfection, the apples and beignets were to die for. And to top it off, we got to enjoy it with out-of-town family. As busy as it was, they moved pretty quickly and smoothly.

Went to Cracker Barrell tonight for dinner, waited over an hour for our food. Biscuits were hard. I ordered chicken tenders with 3 vegetables, when my food was brought I got chicken but not tenders. Was told they must’ve not had any tenders ready???? Then when we got home looked at ticket we were charged for the chicken they brought me not what I ordered. So y’all mess up and the customer pays for it??? Cracker Barrel sure has went down hill. Drove 35 minutes to eat there because it used to be good

If I could give a negative review for this location I would have. I would advise to avoid this location at all costs. The management needs to be replaced! Wait time for food…2 hours! Food burnt, cold and dry. No ice so water was luke warm. Manager lied and made excuses and still charged us for food we could not eat. General Manager sent lower management or to deal with irate customers. Coward! Had no business being in management! Disappointing to say the least!
