Surprised how not great this was. Italian was mid, not great. Got a meal with a small drink and small cheese curds was almost $20! Stop asking for tips for counter service. Cheese curds were probably the saving grace and likely best I’ve ever had but probably won’t be back. Restruant was so cold I couldn’t even stand being in there long enough to eat.

Only one issue and that was my wife and I didn’t check out the selections of bread before we ordered nor were they offered to us. However, my wife was able to change her bread with no issues. Really great sandwich! Definitely will return if we’re in the neighborhood again.

Sent a note as suggested and never heard a word back. So much for being concerned with customer satisfaction. Don’t suggest a way to get concerns addressed if nothing is going to be done with them. Irritating and worthless.

Hi, I’d like to share my extremely bad experience with this particular cousins. I called and ordered in 4 subs. One I specialized with no onions and it came with onions on it… not bad I can take them off. The the second mistake could have been deadly. My daughter is VERY allergic to egg so I overwhelming told them the importance of no mayo on the sub. When I picked up the order both the recipe and on the sub paper itself said no mayo. I proceeded to give this sandwich to my daughter who thankfully looked in the inside and immediately had tears because she couldn’t eat it. There was mayo on the sub. This could have been a really bad mistake and I think it’s important that cousins works on this so this doesn’t repeat itself and a different outcome occurs.

Ordered subs for lunch with ice cream shakes for the kids. They gave me two cups with what looked like milk in them. I said I don’t think so. There is something wrong with your machine, these shake aren’t even cold. Teenage employee looked at me and said they’re fine. I asked what if my kids get sick. She replied they won’t. Thanks in your 17 years of life experience I trust what you say. Served me warm melted ice cream.

Snotty, discourteous staff. Happy to make me wait to pick up my prepaid order that was sitting on the counter. Counter girl threw out a loud sarcastic comment when I left which was totally uncalled for considering I am the customer. Got home and the food was cold and soggy. TERRIBLE. I do not recommend. Used to be good but no more. Dealt with inaccurate orders in the past but at least they were served without a passive aggressive attitude.
