I don’t know what’s going on at this Cousins, but it’s a mess. The service was slow, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and employees were talking to each other more than communicating with customers. The whole place felt disorganized. My food was thrown together like nobody cared, and for the price, that’s embarrassing. Management clearly isn’t paying attention because the vibe is stressful and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the stop when there are way better places nearby.

One small piece of ham on a ham and cheese sub that the bread was wrapped around. They also forgot the tomato. No thank you. Not at these prices. What happened to Cousins? They used to be good Edited to add: I have been going to Cousins Subs for over 20 years. The bread quality has changed to being very tasteless and thin and with this lack of contents, including lettuce, would not recommend to anyone at this point.

Have been to this location 4 or five times now with shift manager Donald always delivering below expectations, this recent event on 1-2-26 we waited over 20 minutes for our basic sub order, not during peak hours, and when my hot sub sat on the counter the night shift manager acknowledged that it had been closer to 25 minutes for a dine in order and said he would take care of it. The he had to give me was not mine and it was not correct. It was remade and at this point taken to go. Donald was more worried about ending his shift at 4:30 than making sure his crew was covered and was pulling crew members from thier tasks assigned causing confusion and frustration. Poor service this I is a known franchise location, store gen manager should be embarrassed reading these comments. You have the process fix the people. Disappointed will not be returning. 0/5

Spent $40 for 2 people and sandwiches are half full, at best. Got soups, sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Left hungry. Stopped going here because their sandwiches have barely any meat in them. Asking for extra mayo is a joke. Sandwich is always dry

Sent a note as suggested and never heard a word back. So much for being concerned with customer satisfaction. Don’t suggest a way to get concerns addressed if nothing is going to be done with them. Irritating and worthless.
Last time we went here it was meh…but hey everyone has a bad day. Tonight one sandwich was good – one was like it was run over by a truck – after they forgot to add some of the meat. It wasn’t a staffing issues as three people were working. There were only two customers that were waiting. Took longer because they had to remake one dine-in customers sandwich after it was made wrong. So sad as we always were happy with the consistency of the food. Not so much anymore. Time to find a new place.

Surprised how not great this was. Italian was mid, not great. Got a meal with a small drink and small cheese curds was almost $20! Stop asking for tips for counter service. Cheese curds were probably the saving grace and likely best I’ve ever had but probably won’t be back. Restruant was so cold I couldn’t even stand being in there long enough to eat.
