I had the Bleu Burger and fries. It was OK. The burger was a step-up and prepared better than most fast food chains. The best part of my experience was enjoying an old-fashioned vanilla milkshake. The service was excellent .

Restaurant highly understaffed. 80% of the Restaurant closed off due to their one Server throwing a royal fit about being the only server there. Server yelled and belittled drivers who wanted to sit in the closed sections because the tiny little opened section didn’t have any tables available. The whole time we were being served that one solitary Server couldn’t bring so much as a beverage without talking to herself out loud about how she was going to quit instead of seeing it as a positive experience, working the room, and making a bunch of tips. The attitude and moral was very low in the Restaurant, and the other drivers felt very uncomfortable… like she was blaming the drivers because she had to work for a few minutes instead of thinking us for the business. Management should step up and manage instead of letting the Restaurant go by the wayside like so many other TA’s have. Very disappointing how lackadaisical TA has become in the Management skills, efforts, or lack thereof… STOP trying to kill full service Dining, TA, and make an effort here! I like our full service Restaurants, but you need to get the manpower in there to make it run right! Do better!

We called ahead to ask what time the restaurant closes. This was on a Saturday. They told us 9pm. We walked in at 7:39pm. The waitress said we’re closing at 8pm. We told here we called earlier and we’re told closing time was 9pm. She wasn’t pleasant at all. We were able to get an order to go, but really wanted to eat in to be out of the truck for a while. She said we’d have to take it to go, and had quite the snippy attitude!!! I used to eat there every week in years past, and everything was always good. Now, since Covid, nobody wants to work, and don’t care about service or their attitude. We truck drivers service America, and need a decent place to stop, eat, and take a break. TA needs to find people that want to work, and treat others decent, with some respect. If they don’t, they’re going out of business!!!
