It’s a cozy place where you can enjoy delicious Mexican dishes prepared by Alicia, its owner, and her star chef, Betzabe.

First strike for me was they don’t serve breakfast beyond noon. Their service is great tho. Very friendly and attentive.

Parking: adjacent shared lot for the restaurant

Ambiance: definitely giving what it needed to give. Loud Music and variety in seating. Extra motherland ish sold on the side.

Food: That good-good flavor is missing! Pupusas are a staple in a Salvi restaurant, and the beans & salsa were the only bomb, identifiable flavors! ‍♀️ Their horchata was good, but their atol de elote & empanadas were a complete fail!!!
Maybe it was what I ordered since a lot of people there were ordering their seafood botanas or soups. I’ll give it another shot in a distanced future, but as of now, they get a 5/10!

Came here on Valentines Day about 5pm. Even though the place was empty, it took a while for our order. The pupusas revueltas were really good, maybe even deserving a 4 star review. The casamiento was just ok. The horchata was also just ok. The curtido was the best I’ve tasted, but the sauce was not good. It looked like a fun place to be on weekend nights as it seems to become a dance club. The bathroom was adequately maintained and abundance of parking.

I used to like this restaurant, but their pupusas are no longer good. Barely any filling inside, some were burnt on the edges. It was more like eating, a plain tortilla than an actual pupusa. Same thing happened on the last two times I ordered from this restaurant. Needless to say, I will not be going back. And mind you, I was a very regular customer. I will be changing my star rating from 4 to 2.

The pupusas were delicious! The sopa de Pata was delicious as well. They serve big plates! I like the plastic dividers that are being used to stay safe from COVID.
