Ordered 2 “love it” size waffle bowls with door dash and received the like it in a regular cup. They also did not include spoons so we’re had to let it melt and drink it out of the cup. The only positive is that I had ice cream delivered and it was still frozen.

I’ve seen cleaner trash cans. Ice cream was clearly melted and then refrozen. The middle aged lady wearing no name tag and working at 12:50pm must really hate her job. Rude. Seems to be a continued issue here from what other reviews say.

What can I say… Yummy!!! Large variety of ice cream and cakes made of them. They also have ice cream for dogs! Mine is very excited about that . This time I ordered a Valentine cake. Can’t wait to try it

I paid $85 for a custom ice cream cake and was severely disappointed. The layer of ice cream was so small, you could barely taste it. Although the employees were very nice and easy to work with, I would not recommend ordering a cake from Cold Stone. You’re better off getting a carvel cake from the grocery store if you want a true ice cream cake.

I came in on 8/10/24 and ordered a gotta love it Oreo overload but the person put it in a smaller love it cup then placed that cup in a gotta love it cup so I was charged for the got to love it. I didn’t realize until I left. Why would you do that and not just give me the ice cream in the cup that I purchased. You gave me ice cream in a smaller cup and put that cup inside the larger one. Check 122 this was very deceptive. Will not be back or will make sure that I pay more attention when coming in. Big different in the cup size. I’m not happy with the employee who fixed my ice cream and cheated me.

I like this place and everybody knows. It’s not the cheapest place, but it’s getting so dirty. Is a young guy there? Working and he’s always sweating on stuff. He cleaned his sweat with his T-shirt. He don’t wash his hands and it’s just a mess. When they do a new ice cream on top of another ice cream. So if you have like a vanilla, then you come home and got something green in your ice cream. I don’t know, somebody needs to do something. This is not acceptable.

Customer Service was terrible!! It was ONLY 2 employees working between the hour of 4-5pm, the line was typically almost to the door. The male employee thought us was ok around this time to refill the ice cream trays that were still FULL. The line would have moved a little faster had he helped the girl that was making and taking orders. They should have planned their thoughts out differently and helped the customers and NOT restock during this time of day.
I was rather annoyed that when I staying at the register to pay for my “LOVE IT” sized ice cream, the girl actually took my cup and slid it across the counter towards me!! That was EXTREMELY rude!! I think your location needs to have a “TEAM” meeting to meet the needs of YOUR customers and NOT the employees personal life!!

very great and attentive service. i was helped as soon as possible and the server, Madison D., was kind enough to inform me that my love it coffee lovers only would be more expensive as a shake. afterwards she blended it excellently, it was one of the thickest milkshakes i have ever had! very good. she kindly handed me my milkshake and a straw and also offered me a receipt. great service!

Been coming to this locations for a couple of years now, I must say the customer courtesy has declined to an unsatisfactory level. Today my family were greeted with attitude prior to any engagement with staff. Our cashier Madison D. was disrespectfully callous. She made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Mind you the traffic normal and we only ordered 3 strawberry blondes. We requested napkins to which we did not receive. We requested lids to our ice cream cups to which she basically tossed at us. She was very short with us and seemed to be visually agitated, very unprofessional. Her character displayed today is not a good look for the company and it is especially bad for the franchisee. Unfortunately I will now go outside of my way to find another location as I no longer feel this location regards customer courtesy as a pillar of their business model
