Staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the ice cream we ordered was below average. 2 out of 4 milkshakes we ordered were thrown away. They were nice enough to remake one for us though. In my opinion, there was entirely too much flavoring to ice cream ratio.

The teenage staff definitely needed some management and possibly training. I don’t know if he just didn’t properly know how to mix a malt or just didn’t care but either way it should never be served in a cup with a hole in the side. The wife enjoyed her turtle Sunday though

Cannot thank the people working this Monday evening enough! Got an hour down the road before we realized the wife left her wallet. Most anxious hour drive back ever, but so grateful for it being turned in. Not only is the ice cream fantastic, but the employees went above and beyond. Thank you all!
