I ordered the shrimp and scallops alfredo and will say it was the best I ever had! The only drawback was our waitress. She was older and was quite rough around the edges, not friendly and literally tossed the check on the table . If we had one of the other waitresses this experience would have been top notch!!! I will be back but prefer a better waitress.

Was in town and we decided to eat here. Haven’t been here in a long time. The quality of the food is excellent. The portions are large. Everyone in my party was very satisfied with their meal. Service was good and checked on us often. Very accommodating and friendly.

Great family owned restaurant. Filled with happy families. Menu was varied and reasonable. I had scalloped and shrimp Alfredo over pasta. The sauce was light and delicious, the scallops were large and melted in the mouth. I asked for sautéed spinach to add to the mushroom and broccoli in the pasta and the meal was $21.99. Came with a side salad and artesian warm rolls. We also enjoyed a lemon blueberry marscapone cake that was over the top. We will come back next time we drive through town!

I love Coalyard Charlie’s! I try to order different things each time we go there, but one of my favorites if the philly cheese steak! My fella usually orders fish, and that looks good, too. Last time, I ordered the grilled chicken salad, and it was fantastic! So fresh, with a whole grilled chicken breast cut up in it, and the dressing was delicious, too. We have a favorite waitress, she is so friendly and anticipates our needs. They have alcoholic drinks if you ask – I like a drink with my dinner, but my fella doesn’t drink at all. They also have amazing desserts, but they are not pushy about sweets. I will tell you, though, that they peanut butter pie is awesome!
