In my most humble opinion, do not order the Eggrolls! They tasted like cardboard, and the sweet and sour dipping sauce…was watered down more than my dad’s liquor bottles back in the 70’s. Everything else was middle of the road. I get it is tough times, just increase your prices and keep quality!

I stopped by on my way home from work because I knew in the neighborhood and thought I’d try giving the local people my business. They don’t seek people they only have to go orders which is fine. I asked for a menu and and they pointed to one on the table which I had to take money off of and assign credit card receipt in order to get to. Then the worker disappeared into the back kitchen area top Maria target with people.. And never came back out to take my order until I yelled alright I’m leaving. Once to my car I called I called and was put on hold and no one ever got back to me. I can only guess that they have so much money and so much business that they don’t need any new business Nora do they want new business.

I don’t know why this restaurant doesn’t have more stars, the staff are so nice and helpful and the food is so well executed. Haven’t had an experience less than excellent. Best post hike food!

I enjoy the black bean dishes here. I’ve ordered from the several times. Last I ordered from here though I was told they’re short on drivers so delivery was going to be close to 1.5 hours. I instead picked my food up. Also, no in store dining. Good food!

First time ordering from here tonight. Delivery was prompt, especially for a rainy evening at dinner time. When the order was delivered, though, it was all wrong. We ordered 8 pan fried dumplings and instead received 2 dumplings in a cup of hot and sour soup. Instead of beef lo mein, they delivered Mongolian beef. They also forgot our egg rolls. When we called to ask for a refund or a redelivery, we were told there was no way they made a mistake and were yelled at on the phone, as previous reviewers have mentioned. They said they would redeliver the egg rolls, and they did, but they didn’t replace the other items that were missing or wrong. After we received the egg rolls, we called again to ask for a refund of the incorrect items, and after a 2 minute conversation, they hung up on us. We called back immediately and were hung up on again.

Food was middle of the road. They are still carryout only with no dine in, I really felt like the employee that helped me was being held against his will. No customer service interaction at all… sad because it used to be better.

Would not recommend!!! We will never go back! Ordered food for takeout from the menu on-line. Was charged almost double from the prices on-line. Went back to ask them about the overcharge. Was told to my face that the menu I had printed out was not their menu. It came from their website. I asked for a printed menu – she said they don’t have one. Who runs a restaurant without a menu? Over-charged for subpar food. NEVER GOING BACK!

Usually I enjoy eating here however the last two times have been horrible. First time I placed an order for delivery and gave a $5 dollar tip because that was all I had left in my wallet and it was still a 20% tip. The delivery driver knocked on my door again and asked for more money saying, “we do relay on tips can I have more money.” The second time I ordered from here not only did they mess up my order which I understand mistakes happen but it was over an hour long wait and everything was cold and I had to microwave my meal. Then when I called to ask about my missing soup they told me I never ordered it and it would be another hour long wait if I would like to get the soup. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. I will never order from here again.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for over 20 years and have watched it fall for the past 6 years. On one occasion, my wife and I showed-up 20 minutes before closing only to be told we must eat fast and be gone by closing. But the incident that close the door for us forever happened last night. While eating a bowl of hot and sour soup, I choked on a piece on metal, 1 inch long sharp shaving, the diameter of thick floss. I barely dislodged it from the back of my throat! When I confronted the waiter, he was belligerent, and told us to take our food and go. We chose the second half of the request, leaving the food behind. Absolutely no clue about service or hygiene or safety. I will be contacting the health department. Rude, rude, rude.
