They were quick despite how busy it was, and the food was made well, which can’t be said for every Taco Bell. They apologized for the wait, which was only a tad longer than standard, and completely excusable, again, given it was busy.

Drive thru attendant was very rude, food came out cold, portions are much smaller than I have ever seen at any taco bell in the past. Also didnt give me my requested sauce .

Do yourself a favor and ignore the negative reviews – this is a wildly good Taco Bell. Take a chance on it.
You’ll order by kiosk inside, so don’t go in expecting a 5-Star restaurant and waiter experience.
The food was as hot and fresh as you could possibly ask for from a TBell, and the staff was really friendly when bringing it out. Also super clean in the lobby.

All these Taco Bell rookies on here complaining about it being slow-IT JUST OPENED! They are obviously training and I’d say they’re doing it right because my highly customized order was perfect. PERFECT! You know how rare that is for a Taco Bell? Great location, keep up the good work!

Oh, where do I even begin with this Taco Bell? If slowness were an Olympic sport, this location would take home the gold medal every single time. I placed a mobile order thinking, “Hey, I’ll skip the line and save time!” Oh, how naive I was. Forty minutes later, I was still sitting in the lobby, questioning every life choice that led me to this moment. Forty. Minutes. For a mobile order. At that point, I could’ve driven to Mexico, learned how to make tacos from scratch, and come back with a full spread.

When I finally mustered the courage to call and ask why my order was taking longer than it takes to binge a Netflix episode, they casually informed me that there were only two people working. Two. People. At a Taco Bell. During what I can only assume was the dinner rush. I half-expected them to tell me one of them was on a smoke break while the other was busy Googling “how to make a Crunchwrap.”

What’s truly mind-blowing is that this is a brand-new Taco Bell. You’d think they’d have their act together, but no. It’s like they opened the doors and immediately decided, “Let’s set a new world record for slowest fast food service.” By the time I got my food, I wasn’t even hungry anymore—I was just emotionally exhausted. Honestly, I’m not sure if I should leave a review or nominate this location for a “Most Likely to Test Your Patience” award.

If you’re thinking of coming here, bring a book, a snack, and maybe a sleeping bag. You’re gonna need them.

This taco bell is the best if you are picking up an order. They always get it right and it is ready on time. I usually customize my food at taco bell and they always get it right! I plan to visit this location each time I need my taco fix.

Opening this new Taco Bell I had high hopes after always loving the service and food from the old one on Santa Fe. I was sadly mistaken the food always cold. Every time I go to this Taco Bell the food is luke warm at best. The service is horrible it took 30 minutes to get my food. Just frustrating to have cold food every time. Never get the nacho fries. They are ALWAYS cold, it’s so disappointing.

What service? They never acknowledged that I was there waiting for 10 minutes on a mobile order. Finally the put it on the shelf. The order was not correct. I paid for fries on the burrito and there weren’t any. They weren’t busy and there were at least 4 people in the back. No excuse.

Dog this is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to don’t listen to the one review saying it was good service its all lies

I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes and when we get the food they forgot an entire burrito like how do you even mess that up. Also you better know how to use the kiosk because there is no one up front so if you need help or they forgot a burrito you gotta just hope someone will eventually come up after 10 minutes of waiting

This place just opened and it is clear that they are not ready and unprepared and under staffed. Maybe in 10 years this place will be good but not today
