You’ll order by kiosk inside, so don’t go in expecting a 5-Star restaurant and waiter experience.
The food was as hot and fresh as you could possibly ask for from a TBell, and the staff was really friendly when bringing it out. Also super clean in the lobby.
When I finally mustered the courage to call and ask why my order was taking longer than it takes to binge a Netflix episode, they casually informed me that there were only two people working. Two. People. At a Taco Bell. During what I can only assume was the dinner rush. I half-expected them to tell me one of them was on a smoke break while the other was busy Googling “how to make a Crunchwrap.”
What’s truly mind-blowing is that this is a brand-new Taco Bell. You’d think they’d have their act together, but no. It’s like they opened the doors and immediately decided, “Let’s set a new world record for slowest fast food service.” By the time I got my food, I wasn’t even hungry anymore—I was just emotionally exhausted. Honestly, I’m not sure if I should leave a review or nominate this location for a “Most Likely to Test Your Patience” award.
If you’re thinking of coming here, bring a book, a snack, and maybe a sleeping bag. You’re gonna need them.
I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes and when we get the food they forgot an entire burrito like how do you even mess that up. Also you better know how to use the kiosk because there is no one up front so if you need help or they forgot a burrito you gotta just hope someone will eventually come up after 10 minutes of waiting
This place just opened and it is clear that they are not ready and unprepared and under staffed. Maybe in 10 years this place will be good but not today
