How the hell does this place have a 4.3 rating. Decided to try this place the first time today. Besides us having to remind them that they charged us for the teas but didn’t pack it. Ordered chai pati and it was ice cold. I mean it was ice tea and it tasted horrible! Had to throw it away. The chicken roll was burnt and dry. Horrible. No way I’m eating that. Ordered beef fries and we had to throw that away as well. It was so oily with pieces of cut gyro thrown all over it. I put one In my mouth and felt sick. So oily with hard fries that you know were not fresh. Disgusting. Shame on you guys for serving this to your community.

It’s a nice and comfortable environment. They have sofa sitting all over. People can be at ease. The wait staff was pleasant to interact with. The prices are very reasonable. Didn’t try the food but just the Hookah. Regular refills of coal were being offered. The ventilation was good(specially places like this makes a lot of difference). For that price the quantity of flavor was OK. Overall good. You can spend around an hour easily at this place.

If I could rate this establishment a 10 star, I would. I come here every week and the owner generally cares about his customers. The ladies who work there are so nice and helpful. The hookahs here are the best I have had in all of Houston. Overall the service is amazing!!!! Nice music, comfortable lounge and friendly people all around. !!!! Stopped going to other places after I discovered this place.

Amazing food, great service, love Sam and his staff. Truly feels like home! Great space to throw a party, my sister and I held several events there, so great hospitality! Definitely must do in Houston/ Sugar Land.

Honestly the best Sugar Land has to offer. The establishment is clean. The food is tasty. The employees are kind and always make great conversation. I’ve brought several of my friends here and each one of them loved it as much as I do. They reeeeally like the hookah. I find myself coming here for food and the peaceful ambiance often during the school year, since I grew tired of coffee shops. The fries are addicting, btw. You’ll find yourself coming back for more.

Honestly, I don’t know about the negative comments from the past, but either those people don’t know what great hookah is, or Cloud has had some MAJOR improvements, because I just came here for the first time today and the hookah is A1, and my server, Amy is such a sweet heart. The atmosphere is relaxing and the decor is comforting. The owner Sam is very welcoming, and down to earth. Definitely do try this place. There’s not much more I can say. Try it for yourself!

Setting is ok, but service is terrible. Was there last night with a friend and both Asian lady and Indian manager ignored our arm waiving for service for almost 15 minutes. Noticed other patrons discomfort/yelling as well due to same issue. Ordered a smoothie from menu and got a slush. Turned out that’s what they call smoothie. Told the lady that she needs to do an eye scan every 5 minutes to see if people need anything; teaching basics (it’s a hookah shop!). Not coming back again since I see Management not caring as well.
