The restaurant was not as clean as it should be. Also it needs to be updated. Clearing dishes from empty tables, and sweeping the floor, is very slow. Selection of pizza and prices on the website do not match the reality in the restaurant. Game room games don’t work and keep your money. Pizza, salad, soup, dessert and soda, that was out, was basic and not bad for the price. Three adults and one three year old child cost $41.00 excluding tip. This is an all you can eat restaurant. The wings are an extra cost. The restaurant is handicap accessible.

It’s $10 all-you-can-eat pizza so set your expectations accordingly. Overall the food was good, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The salad bar was well stocked and the pizza was hot. I’m docking 1 star because some of the pizzas were a little too greasy and the bread was a little firm. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the BBQ chicken pizza, it tasted awesome. Will be back with the kids in the future!

This was our first visit in a long time. We used to come here frequently pre COVID. The place could really use some sprucing up. Our used plates piled up as no one was bussing the tables and there was nowhere to put them ourselves.

Not what I was expecting. Had been to other Cici’s and loved it, thus wasn’t same. It was obvious the food had been there a while. While the flavor was there it had been sitting there quite a bit and was lukewarm and not as good as it cold be. Watching iy appears most business wanting eat in but carryout.

Staff was very nice. A throwback to my childhood, sadly the Arcade is smaller than arcades in other states but that’s understandable. The pizza’s as always were amazing, a little too greasy though I found myself using a napkin to soak it up. All in all I would definitely come back with a group or family. Sad to see many Cici’s in Maryland have closed but this one is going strong.

Decent all you can eat pizza, but the price increased a whole lot – it’s $10 now. Note that the buffet ends 1 hour before their posted closing time. They were trying to prevent me from bringing in my water bottle filled with water, which was weird.

This was a great experience. Very neat that it’s all you can eat. I was bummed because the company I was with wanted to drive 40 minutes out of the way for this place. I agree with another review, the arcade could use an upgrade. But all together a great experience
