The last few times I’ve been here my order has been on point. The ladies in drive thru are always pleasant!! I placed an order for the first time online today , my sandwich was supposed to be toasted & it wasn’t .. (guessing there was a glitch on the app) but long story short , I’m pregnant and can’t eat my sandwich cold .. the young lady went out of her way to warm up my sandwich with no problem nor attitude. LOVE YALL FOR THAT !

I truthfully only go during the daytime and that’s because the ladies that work the lunch rush are so nice and sweet and so professional. They make your sandwich so nice and even hold a brief conversation with you.

They never make your sandwich correctly. You always have to repeat what you want on your sandwich. No type of professionalism when dealing with them. I’ve tried this particular location on several occasions and always gotten poor service. The owner need to find workers who really enjoy what they do. It’s no enthusiasm when dealing with anyone. It’s a dry approach. I’m pretty much done with this location because my money can spend elsewhere.

I loved this Subway i literally pass 3 different restaurants to get to this one. HOWEVER they have messed my order up the last 2 times coming here. Today i come back and they wouldn’t even listen to my requests just immediately started going in and being combative. It’s not my fault that you didn’t get my order correct. I have been there before no problem, went 4/18/21, it was horrible. The wait time was terrible. The wait in drive thru, once at menu board, they had you wait before taking the order, wait before you tell them how you want t. Several people ended up going in and it appeared to be slow as well. I never got my order. I ended up leaving going to another subway. Maybe they were short handed, if so that should have been relayed. Will not go back there. What’s the purpose of drive thru if you have to wait for more that 15-20 minutes

Horrible service! The unfriendly sandwich maker tried to argue with me on whether or not I asked for bacon on my chicken bacon club, he’s a complete jerk! Then the next morning I had a stomach ache and diarrhea. I’m sure it was the Subway, I don’t like people with bad energy cooking for me. I should’ve followed my first mind and left but I was ordering for others too so I went through with it, BIG MISTAKE!! I’ll never come back to this location, this has put a bad taste in my mouth with All Subway’s smh
