Horrible service! Would not take the online coupon on church’s chicken website! Like what the hell is the point of having coupon if they won’t let you use it!!! All you do is enter the coupon code on the machine! Plus went around 9pm and they were almost out of chicken! The guy behind me couldn’t even order! Smh.. food was good though.

I was there for the first time at that location and the manager is the most condescending rude person I’ve ever met I think in my life even his staff was so embarrassed the way he was talking to me like this man he thinks that he owns this location or something I’m not sure why was his problem and on top of that he charged me some stuff that I didn’t order so I have to report it to my American Express because when I got the receipt I noticed that he charged me other stuff that I never order and it looks like he overcharged me for a family meal his name is Rafael some short Latino guy if you ever there I’m telling you and that man is there you’re going to have a really bad time. So I will suggest save your time your energy and don’t go here.
