It took them over 30 minutes for my order, they were incredibly unorganized. Despite it taking forever to get the food, it was hot and good. But they took too long to give me my order. What was bad was that they had the food done, they just kept messing things up.

My Husband and I decided to do a little experiment this evening attempting to compare and or rate spicy fried chicken venues. We decided to carry out and enjoy our meals at home. My Husband was sad to inform me that the window attendant at this Churches location was to busy facetiming upon a customer’s phone to include our fried okra that we were charged for.

Staff was rude and impatient. Did not want to answer any questions about their menu. I also have yo say one of the most disgusting places I have ever eaten! Anyone knows when dealing with chicken cleanliness cleanliness cleanliness. I witnessed an employee take chicken from a customer’s box they had already been given and put the chicken in back into the same pan with the chicken that was under the warmer. A huge YUCK! That is cross contamination at its finest. I will never eat here again and I recommend that no one eats here period. Not to mention their floors inside were sticky, food left over from other customers on the few tables they had inside. I won’t even mention their bathrooms well bathroom, the women’s restroom was locked and the men’s well….just nasty.

We ordered Two sides and 5 peppers. They said 3 minutes and asked to me park. 10 minutes later I went back to the window. My order was just sitting there and I asked about it. The girl at the window thought it was funny they forgot about me! There was no one else in line or in the store! I asked for the manager and she ignored my complaint, then turned and walked away! It used to be a great place to eat!!!

I went to get some food for my employees today for lunch and the manager KJ was the best great customer service very quick and doing many things at once while in the middle of a rush and was training new employees as well. I must say I stopped going to this location a while back because it was very poorly ran however I heard great things about this same location since the new manger has come in and get things done. I am yet to see what else KJ brings to this location

I love Churches, but you can’t get one of them to answer their phones from noon to 8 PM. It doesn’t make any difference which location you call. There are plenty of other chicken places this. They’re not the only one, and they damn sure don’t do service.

No organization in this store.

Chicken was not fresh at all. Tasted like it had been in the heater all day. Very dry. Okra was old as well. Wasn’t crispy at all. Drive thru service was good though.
