I’m an Uber eats driver and I drove 15 miles to pick up a big order from here. I arrived at 8:20 and the door was locked and had a sign saying they closed at 8:00. I tried to talk to the staff who was cleaning and they just kept saying “We’re Closed” and wouldn’t let me even speak. I told them I wasn’t ordering just picking up. The employee REFUSED to help me and his mom was there to pick him up and started cussing me out because “I was rude to her son.” No I wasn’t rude I was frustrated because no one would help and I lost a $30 order. My customer who I was delivering to also already paid for his order at 7:45 before they closed. I’ve never seen something as bad as this in my years of delivery service.

The person taking our order was high or something. We had no idea what he was saying and than when he would talk he turned towards the register behind the drive through window so we were even more clueless to what he was saying! He added something to our order that we never said. Finally after much negotiation we got our order right than it took a while to get our order right, than more negotiation to get the dipping sauces right. literally 15 min later we got our one order of chicken tenders. ONE!! Don’t go here!

I come often, mostly on Saturdays after work. I have no complaints. Only problem is that the dining area isn’t open to order inside, because I don’t like going around the drive thru to order my food. Everything else is wonderful, from the service to the attitudes and hospitality of the workers, as well as the food.

FRONT DOOR LOCKED…..3:28pm 3/11 first pulled up to the mic sat there for 6 minutes no nothing. Got in line and notice people handed their card so I went back around. No chicken tenders on a Sunday. Well I see why Billy’s get all the business. I can see this spot closed within 2years unless the owner is ok with no profit.

I placed an online order Friday evening at your Scott La location. Order said it would be ready for 5:07 pm. It’s a 12 minute drive from my house to the store. I arrived at the location at about 5:10. Got down to pickup my order and lobby was closed. Drive through line was long but my order was placed and paid for. No biggie. When I finally made it to the squak box I was there for at minimum 6 minutes with no greeting at all. Not one minute please or nothing not even a sound. So I pulled up and behind the cars waiting in line. When I finally made it to the window. The lady barley opened the window and asked what I wanted. Not hi how are you how my I help you none of that just ( what you want). So I told her I placed an online order and told her my name. She then looked at me and and I quoted very abruptly she said ( It’s not ready!) and closed the widow and waled away. Mind you my meal was supposed to be ready by 5:07 and it is now 5:30. After about another 7 or 8 minutes she brings me a bag of food and says here closes the window and never looks back. I do knot know any of these ladies. But I tried to get there attention to let them know they had not given me my 2 drinks my large mashed potatoes and gravy nor my Mac and cheese. But they did not care I was still sitting there. Now as a small business owner in the food industry there is no way I would let any of our employees treat any customers this way. I’ve been to this location 3 times now and have had a bad experience every time. Me nor my family will be back. And I will be spreading the word. Thank you and have a nice day.

Terrible, my chicken was old even though I asked the employee if it was fresh and of course they assured me it was hot and fresh. Instead I recieved old, cold, and tasteless chicken that smelled and tasted like old grease. My peppers that came with my family box was half the size of my pinky finger. I’m very disappointed and I spend 30 dollars on this meal. I went in the afternoon but this still shouldn’t excuse the quality of food.

Workers need tobe trained. 1 ar in front of me I ordered 4 biscuits, waited 52 minutes and left with no biscuits bc kids were hungry. I went to go inside and they lock the doors bc they clearly can’t handle customers I knocked to cancel ny order bc we waited al.ost an hour for biscuits and wanted to see what was going on and they laughed, the wait is usually 45 minutes which tells you workers are in competent to HANDLE FAST FOOD AND OBVIOUSLY CUSTOMERS churches needs to supervise this place and do a complete rehire

Customer service was horrible. Right when we got to the drive thur to order the lady said all they prices went up and they had no specials. Which was a lie. We went to another church’s and they said nothing about that. The lady just didn’t wanna work. Sad.

I wanted a 20 piece original with only the thighs spicy the manager said no cause the way they drop they’re chicken like Really, I said I can wait and she said No I can get half spicy and have original I’m like what’s the difference if I want only the thighs spicy cause I’m feed kids that only eat original Wow what happen to customer service theses days I left with my money and will not be going back to that restaurant so sad and the one on Congress making people sick so sad I need them to get it together

I’ve food was good the only complaint is the the dining room is still close an they have a sing on the that say dining room open I have gone more than once an the dining room is always closed an that at by 7pm they were closed an when I say closed there is no one in the restaurant an the lights were off
