Cashier was rude and ran her mouth. She didn’t even know how to ring up our purchase on the register. Tried to short us food. Aweful experience . We have eaten there before and really enjoyed it. The place was so cold we had to take our food to go. If the manager doesn’t get the place straightened out, they will loose customers. There was other customers there and they want happy either. I rated them one Star should have been 0 stars.

My visit to Church’s Chicken this time, was not as good as my visit a month ago. This time, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting under heat light for a while. Not only that, I was given the puniest pieces of chicken for my order. Church’s is known for their LARGE pieces of chicken. (Not like their competitor kfc.) I asked for chicken breasts for my order, but felt like I was given the absolute smallest chicken breasts the server could find. The drumsticks were quite small too. I can say, the sides I got with my order were good. Hopefully, my next visit will be worth my while and money.

Had an awful experience. Casher was extremely rude. I watched as she gave free food to 3 different individuals. Which im assuming where friends by the conversion between the two. I was ignored over the non paying customers and just decided to eat else where after the poor sevice. I was also told they could not do substitutions even for an extra charge. Very poor customer service. This is the second time this has happened, I would not recommended this location unless you are friends of the workers.

Food was great. However, staff has poor, unprofessional attitude when customers arrive and place orders if it’s close to closing time. If food was for myself only I would have exercised my option to leave. And they don’t mind half cleaning the lobby and inconveniencing customers at the same time.
